This store is a walking distance from our hotel. Mostly the sales staff here are Filipinos. They are very helpful assisting our needs. Always giving service with a smile. The store is like a mini Super Walmart. I came here to just purchase milk but end up with $100 worth of merchandise !!! 143 ABC For Father's Day I even received an ABC store shirt as a gift which I will proudly wear. The hot food, the cold food, I could eat here everyday while on vacation! Poke, musubi, and more... always a treat to visit here. I know things are overpriced, but it's a major tourist spot. They even had Pokemon card booster packs.. $8.99 each when they're usually $5 in CA. Funny how they try to upsell you on something else every time you check out... would you like to get some Hi-Chew too? Hey just a note for your manager Hilton Hotel Last two nights we had loud noise from the strikers until 11:45 pm or so today early we went to the pool and again no chance gone joins quiet time as the strikets were screaming just outside the pool We choose to go upstairs and we are faced with Reno noice drill and other noices on the floor on top of our room. I called and texted several times to ensure we could enjoy our stay I understand a strike and reduced service but loud noice abd now Reno on top of us which precludes resting or relaxing in our room during the day is unconscionable. ABC is conveniently located on the first floor. I stepped in and I was so impressed by all the snacks, souvenir gifts! I got a small coffee for $1.19 which is such a good deal. This is a good and a bad place. Why good? It's convenient and they are all over the place. The bad? They are convenient and all over the place. As a tourist that is always needing something, whether it be toothpaste, soap, food, etc, this place has what you need. Prices aren't the best, but convenience is key and if you aren't careful you'll go broke quick! Everyone is helpful and nice and of course they remind you to save your receipts so you can turn them in for a gift when you hit certain dollar amounts. The staff is always extremely friendly and always looks out to provide a great experience. I had a few to many things in my hands today and a staff member brought me a basket. We love this ABC store because it's super conveniently located on the Hilton Waikiki resort and offers everything we need - Yakult yogurt probiotic drinks for the kids, all types of drinks (Fiji water), the Hawaiian chips onion flavor, Cocomelon and Sanrio stuffed animals/toys, cars for boys, medicine, spam masubis and other hot foods, daily freshly packed fruit (20% off towards the end of the day), etc. We easily spend over $100 in three days, which means... free reusable bag, mug, or calendar. We chose the reusable bag because they are sooooo cute!!!! Who doesn't love Hello Kitty?! We also love that there are benches right outside this ABC store, so if you want to grab something to eat or to take a quick rest break, it's perfect! "ABC means All Blocks Covered " When my husband and I first discovered it across from our Hotel in Waikiki, I was so amazed I spent more than half an hour looking at every single item they have specifically the souvenirs. Then we realized as we explore there's more ABC stores. Funny how most of the employees will greet you "Aloha" then a warm "Mahalo" on your way out. This is a must place to visit and explore. Tip: Be sure to save all your receipts, certain amount you spent could earn you points ro claim as a reward. They won't really tell you this, we only found out on 1 store that there's such a thing and I received a free Hawaiian mug. What a hectic place it is! T'was swamped with tourists! Indeed the melting spot amongst all ABC store I must guess. Hahahah. Located at Hilton Hawaiian Village, this place I guess is always bustling. ~ Came in here to look for this particular dashboard hula doll. And sure enough we find it in here ($6+tax). Before hitting the counter area, we wander around & I was impressed on how ABC store is really making the best to have good profit. I mean, they got pretty good stuffs in here esp. the souvenir area, always locked up in here. Hahaha. Those funny Trump's face on a toilet bowl cleaner. LoL. Store #91 First off Maria was so professional while Verna, who seemed to be Maria's supervisor was very unprofessional Friday night 11/12/21 around 10:30 pm. 1 inch off the ground under the mini Kaluha bottles was a tiny sign that read .99 cents. But they rang up $1.99, so I asked Maria to take them off the bill. No big deal, Maria seemed to think "no big deal". But had to call over someone to approve taking them off. So a female with blue streaked hair & a name tag reading Verna comes over , starts ranting "the sign clearly says #@%@ is .99 cents" and goes on & on, talking smack to me. I didn't ask for any favors, I wasn't tripping. I was only buying because the sign 2 inch by 2 inch sign, one inch off the floor under the Kaluha said .99 cents! Meanwhile poor Maria is standing there smiling & trying to show us courtesy. Verna, if that was actually her name, was so provoking, as if she wanted me to come over the counter at her.
