Worst customer service. I was the first in line when the store opened. The receptionist took down my name and number and said someone would be with me shortly. I was browsing and awaiting for someone to help me and I noticed that everyone else that came in after me was being helped. I waited 15 mins and still no one came to help. I went to the receptionist desk (different person) and I asked if I needed an appointment to be seen. They asked if I checked in and I said yes, I was the first person on the sign in sheet and I've been here for 15mins with no help. She casually said "oh ok" staring at her computer screen and said "I'll try and find someone to help you" without looking up. I declined and left the store. I've done business with them a few times over the last 15 years and this was absolutely the worst I've been treated. It's service like this that makes me not want to support local businesses and just go with a bigger company. read more

Fe and Steph are the best and they both made our experience at WRS the best...and they continue to do so. Fe helped us out with my ring. Never pushy and never was any pressure. My ring could be done in house, but due to the complexity of my band, it had to be sent to Tacori to be resized (which I knew when we chose my band). I had heard good things about this shop and decided to come here because they offer repairs and custom work. I wanted to have a family diamond placed into an engagement ring, and at first everything seemed great. We discussed the process and pricing, although their quote was about $400 more than other stores I visited. Still, I was willing to pay more if the quality of the work and service matched the price. The issue came when we started discussing payment. The employee explained that payment had to be made in advance, and I mentioned that I wasn't fully comfortable committing yet because I'm on a bit of a time crunch and wanted to see if another jeweler could complete it sooner. As soon as I said I wasn't ready to reserve right away, the attitude completely changed. The lady immediately started packing up her things, became dismissive, and basically cut the conversation short so she could leave. It felt like the moment there was a chance she might not get the sale, customer service no longer mattered. Honestly, the interaction left me feeling uncomfortable, and I almost felt profiled because I'm younger and wasn't dressed in anything fancy. Whether intentional or not, the sudden shift in attitude made me feel like I wasn't being taken seriously as a customer. My ring was originally purchased from here many years ago. I realized that my ring band was split and I took it in to get fixed. Everything is covered when you buy a ring from here. They will do regular cleanings and take care of easy fixes. After my ring was fixed they said that I should size up to make it more comfortable. This was not covered, so we ended up having to pay to get it sized. It took a few weeks to get it done. Very happy with my ring and the service that they give here. read more

I came here to get the matching wedding band for my ring and the lady helping us was very nice and helpful but they took a very long time. We gave our information before we came so they should've had our profile and information ready for our appointment. They also took a long time to find the band in their inventory. I also noticed they were taking a long time with another couple and heard them apologize to them. Another thing was I was looking on their online website inventory and was looking for my matching wedding band so I had a mind set of what the price was but I guess the brand or "collection" I have is on the higher price point so I was a little shocked at the price, it was 2x or 3x more than what was listed in their website. They should have a link to their matching wedding band for their engagement rings. Overall, I'm happy because they did find the matching wedding band and should have it in about a month. read more

I typically do not leave negative reviews, but I found my experience at The Wedding Ring Shop to be very disappointing. My partner and I visited in early May to browse rings for both of us. After two hours of consulting with our sales rep, it was determined that we would need to go through the custom design process and we provided information for CAD drawings to be developed. We were told that it would take a maximum of a week to get the drawings, most likely less. After a week with no updates, I called and was told that the drawings had been sent to the designer, and I would need to wait another week to receive them, but they would most likely be done sooner. Three weeks after our visit, I called again and was told that my sales rep would reach out to me, as the front desk did not know the status of the drawings. More than a month after our visit, I have still received no contact from the Wedding Ring Shop about our CAD drawings. I would have appreciated a quote, or some form of communication, but I received none. It seems that our drawings have been forgotten. We were hoping to support this well-known local business, but we ended up purchasing our rings elsewhere. Please keep in mind that you may need to continuously reach out to this business if you are interested in purchasing a custom piece. read more

It's been a while since our experience with TWRS, but my fiancé and I are finally engaged ! I know, it's not all that traditional for a bride to be this involved in ring shopping but my now fiancé and I wanted to check it out together and both be excited about the ring we chose together. We also plan for him to be highly involved in selecting his ring so why shouldn't I also be involved in selecting my ring, right? We visited when we were seriously talking about getting engaged after being together for several years and the staff at TWRS was so incredibly helpful. Jock personally helped us and was so invested in helping us find the right ring. We looked at several rings but I had seen something online that I was very interested in and he had them bring it in for us to see in person and it ended up being a piece we both really loved. They had another price that was quite similar but had a different more bulky feel to it and Jock understood based on the other pieces we looked at that I was looking for something a little lighter, more dainty, but still unique. We did feel a little bit rushed into getting a diamond, but after I expressed a concern for price and not needing a diamond of quite as much clarity and definitely not needing something too large, he listened to our concerns and helped us find something we were more comfortable with. Overall, I was incredibly happy with our in person experience at TWRS. I did however have not so much of a positive experience trying to get some paperwork afterwords (they emailed an incorrect email, assuming I had already taken my fiancé's last name; and they sent the paperwork to an old physical address, luckily a family member got it to us). Laney (Helena) is such an awesome person to work with. My first time in the shop I stopped in to look at engagement rings for my Fiancé. Being my first and last time looking for a ring to propose with there was a lot of pressure to get it right. Laney made me feel comfortable and at ease.
