Everyone is always friendly and helpful when I am in the store. They have started selling new items in their store such as Soju, Sake, and THC beverages. I think it's great that Total Wine is branching out and increasing the variety of drinks they sell! I love Soju and Sake, and I really like being able to get rewards points on my favorite drinks. I wish they could do tasting events at this store, but I just don't think they have the space to host an event.

I order online usually and pick up. I was very disappointed that a few of my favorites were not available. I was also a little surprised at the lack of cordiality by the staff. It's a wine store sure but they deal with customers. One would think they would make themselves available instead of "lurking" in shadows somewhere. I had to call out a couple of times before someone called for another staff member to help. I will save the gas and just shop in Greensboro to r even better in VA when visiting family.

HT is great for grocery shopping too. We stock up on cheese when they have a buy one/get one special or even a buy two/get three special. They have a great beer and wine selection too! I stopped here last week and was pleasantly surprised at the beer and wine selection that were on shelves and in the coolers. Both are fairly extensive. There is a bar which is in the center of the space. They have a nice tap selection featuring beers from the Red Oak, Raleigh and Trophy Brewing companies. I sat and had a nice IPA from Bombshell Brewing. I then purchased a six pack of Hazy IPA from RBC. While I was leaving I noticed a Taco food truck pulling up for the night.
