Installation Day workers showed up and started lifting the carpet and once flooring arrived it was the wrong flooring Installation completed and less than a month flooring started lifting. I tried on numerous occasions to reach out to Chad by text/call and recieved no response. I then contacted the store and was advised that he was on vacation in Europe or another country. Once I did receive a call back Chad blamed me for the lifting of the 4/5 flooring boards and air never heard from him again. They unfortunately didn't have it in stock but told me where I may find it. I had no luck but was able to find it on Amazon. I checked it against the faucet the had quoted it was from and it looked totally different. But the part looked the same. I decided to risk it and order the part anyway. As it turns out....they were right. The faucet canister slid right in and my leak was fixed. Knowledgeable, friendly staff that go above and beyond to help you even when they don't make a sale. But don't worry they will next time because they have my business for sure and I happy to recommend them to whoever needs plumbing parts. Nice job guys.

The warranty dates will be way off because they don't update the actual install dates with manufacturers or give you any kind of install ticket, costing you months of warranty time. it is a jumbled mess over there and they are completely unapologetic about their huge mistakes. The only positive is some of their installers are great.
