***BEWARE OF THE CROOKED STORE CLERK*** I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent experience at RAW Wheels & Tires located at 23848 Sunnymead Blvd, Moreno Valley. On June 8th, I called to schedule a tire rotation for my Ford Explorer and was quoted a price of $50 by an employee named Dion. However, when I arrived for my appointment and attempted to settle the bill, Dion informed me the cost was $60. When I reminded him of the $50 quote provided over the phone, he denied it and handled the discrepancy in an unprofessional and dismissive manner. Due to time constraints, I paid the $60 to leave promptly, but I find this bait-and-switch pricing and the lack of professional conduct unacceptable. As a result, I will no longer be patronizing this location. I hope you will take this negative review seriously. I have vowed to air my grievance through these venues at Yelp and Google. I only wish I had gone to the RAW Wheels and Tires at the Fontana location where Otis has since become the store manager.. read more

To start off, I've been a loyal customer for at least12 years. I never had a bad thing to say. Since Otis and Keke are not there anymore service has slipped tremendously. I'm a single woman and would never buy used low profile tires. I don't want anyone else's headache. I recently bought new rims, and new tires my 3rd set. I was told my warranty was not included. The young lady who told me my warrenty was in effect for 12 months after my final payment. Now i had a flat tire and came to get it fix. First of all im there before they were to open at 10:30am. So i sat and waited because i just finished a 12 hour shift and was very tired. They didn't open until nearly 11am. Now I'm told there is no tire tech. He quit and they were waiting for them to send somone. The tire tech shows up around noon. He finally finished and im on my way home around 2pm. I had to pay $114 because whoever the young lady was didnt set up the warranty. Now im told i dont have a warranty which is bull. Thats like buying car insurance and not getting the rental car being cheap. ​when I got home my brother shows me a thumb sized notch missing out the side wall of a brand new tire. That was not Safe. I then took a Pic of it and called the tire shop to let them know what I found. Now I'm being accused of carving this notch out myself. Then I was told that I knew it was a used tire. I have NEVER bought a used low profile tire in my entire car owning life. My car isn't equipped with a spare, so I choose not to buy someone elses headache. In all the years I've been dealing with them I've never bought anything used. Then my brother takes the car back to be fixed so I could sleep before my next shift. They were all unprofessional. And after 2 more hours he comes back after I yelled at them on the phone because im told I knew the tire was used. Who buys a defective used tire for $114! Now my car has 3 tires 90 wide and 1 tire 93 wide WTEF!! Then they said my sensors are not working. They were working just fine before I went to the shop. They can calibrate the sensors. And he obviously didnt do it. If they don't have adequate staff and tires, maybe they should close shop. I want this tire situation corrected and then I will no longer be a customer of RAW. I will be calling corporate in the morning. This is unacceptable. read more

So on 9/20/2025 I contacted RAW because my tire had completely came off my rim. I asked the person over the phone what type of tool did I need to remove my rim to bring it in to them and they told what type of tool so I went and bought the tool but it didn't work. I called back and communicated with them again and told them it wasn't the correct tool to remove the rim and that when they put my rims on they didn't give me the lug nut tool to unlock the rim so we went back and forth as they told me I could come buy it from them. Now why would I purchase it from them when it should've been free with my purchase from the beginning. They ended up giving me the tool which I drove 45mins to pick up and then go back home to use it and guess what, it's not the correct size tool. I call them and are continuously telling me it's the correct size for my luggage nut and I'm saying it's not. So now I'm being inconvenience because I ended up having my vehicle towed to them and this is where it really get unprofessional with Armando. He was the young guy who was looking at my rim when the tow truck delivered my vehicle. I was trying to explain to the guy that they gave me the wrong too and I was showing him the tool but instead of him saying sorry we will take care of it he went right in on telling me he didn't give me the tool so that has nothing to do with me and I need to come correct while I'm educated, hold degrees and definitely understand that if I'm saying yall gave me the wrong tool, I'm not saying specifically he gave it to me but the company RAW did regardless who it was specifically but they all work for the same company as a whole. He was disrespectful as well as unprofessional. I was definitely upset and definitely didn't tolerate his unprofessional an lack of customer service skills that he truly didn't have. We argued back and forth loudly until I just told him to do his job. I then asked the employee inside for his name and employee number which he was hesitant to give and at one point he said he didn't know how to retrieve that information. So definitely no one seemed to be skilled in how to handle conflict and deescalation situations when they arise. I don't know how RAW does not implement employee badges and training classes on how to communicate with customer who pay 1000's of dollars to the company. It's a shame that I had to endure this guy and hopefully no one else will have to deal with Armando and his unprofessional attitude. Armando when you work for a company, you represent that company and your actions will cause the company to loose money and in this situation i will tell everyone I know not to do business with RAW and I will post my experience on every platform I have as long as you are employed by RAW. I hope that RAW will decide to choose to have employees that represent the company in a positive and professional way and not tolerate rude people like you Armando to cause them to loose customer and money. read more

Bought my rims and set of tires from here got a great deal and knew that I was definitely going to do the 180 days same as cash which would of all worked out great up until the last payment where they try to get you!..they (chris) specifically told me what my PayPal amount would be and the last day I had to pay it..then when I called to make that payment they changed the amount!! This place is a joke. I was going to get some new tires at this location, however the communication was non existent. I was contacted by an associate who stated he had to order the tires. Said he was going to call me back, never did. Even called and spoke with someone who said he would call me back, he never did. I had a bad tire that needed to get fixed, so when he finally contacted me back over a day later, it was too late, I got tires elsewhere. Sounds like a lot of incompetent employees at this location. Slowwwww! Understaffed with only 1 technician on a Saturday! Ordered tires on Monday and never received a call they were in. They want you to sign an accidental death application for $13.99 a week stating that is their tire warranty form. But nowhere on the form does it even mention the tire warranty and what it covers. I went in just checking out some wheels and tires. I was greeted by Holly. She was very friendly and helpful. I was looking for some 35 inch tires to go on the wheels. They showed me some tires and I was sold. I was in bit of a hurry and was told it would be done in an hour. It took longer than told about 1:45.. as I went across the street to eat and came back my total was more than what I was previous told. So I was going to decline and leave. One of the managers came over and changed the quote and I was sold again. I was told by holly she would change the paperwork and email before end of business day. I have not received that. As I got home I was looking over the tires and realized they installed 305 55 20.. that comes out to about 33.4 inches. I was in a hurry and it was my fault I didn't double check before I left. So I called back and got Holly and went over my concerns. I told her we had discussed 35 inch tires and she agreed. I told her what was installed. She replied with I'm sorry I will talk to someone and find out what went wrong. I also asked again about the new contract. She replied I will have it done before the end of the night, and emailed. Holly also stated she would return my call about the tires. I never received the call or email. I am disappointed in the customer service aspect of not taking care of the issues or even a call back. This is not how you should treat a customer. This is the reason for 3 stars. I was ready to give them 5! I thought everyone was very nice and attentive. I don't do no call backs! So we will see what happens tomorrow. If I don't get called back I will return all merchandise. After all said and done the Manager contacted me to apologize. I accepted but decided to return everything. I would do business with them again. I believe in second chances. read more
