I reached out to several companies, quite wary from the previous experience. URBAN AIR HVAC, had a picture of the AC on it's site so I chose them. VLAD came that day, exactly when he said he would and competently reinstalled the units securely AND CENTERED THEM IN THE WINDOWs!! He gave me good advice on preventing air leakage, since the insulation strips were damaged in the previous process. He also guaranteed his work and committed to come back if I had any problems. He only charged his reasonable hourly rate, but I had to insist he get paid for the 2 reinstalls. I would not recommend Eco Air…read more They repaired one of my Daikin outdoor units several months ago. After the repair, both outdoor control panels were left open and unsecured for months, exposing the electrical components to the weather. Recently, both systems failed. I hired two independent HVAC companies for separate diagnoses. Both found significant dust and corrosion throughout the control boards and documented their findings with photos. I have repeatedly contacted Eco Air by phone and email, but they have not responded or accepted responsibility. I have now had to pay multiple diagnostic fees and face substantial repair costs. I will be pursuing legal remedies to recover my damages. I am sharing my experience so other homeowners can make an informed decision.
