After some complaining, they removed the evaluation charge but $195 is still too much for not having fixed the issue. Months later, I had a plumbing issue with a bathroom faucet. Just needed to be replaced. I didn't realize I already used them once before. Life is hectic. I lost track. And I was regretting reaching out to them but decided to give them a chance. The universe intervened and said, "nah." They said they'd come around 4PM the same day. They never showed up. I reached out to them asking when they planned to arrive. No response. I took that as a sign to just decline the service altogether. They responded over a day later asking to reschedule. Nah. Never again.

While scheduling can be difficult (he prioritizes emergency calls, as he should), his work is top-notch and his team goes above and beyond, doing the things you didn't think of but needed, such as making sure drains are clear when changing faucet or putting in proper shutoffs where they should be -- no cutting corners. On multiple occasions, he and his team have stayed late until the job is done. They may not be the cheapest in town, but they are easily worth the money to know that the job will be done correctly the first time -- and I consider myself pretty picky when it comes to how I think things should be done.
