After submitting a request through Yelp, they got back fairly quickly, and even better, I was able to make an appointment for that day! Apparently they try to set up their schedule to accommodate quick turn around, which I think is great. Jason came, did a thorough inspection, and while he was up there, put the panels back on the side of the house, which he totally did not need to do. Also, fixed the ant problem as well. Rose wants to set a trap now (in July) and come back and check it twice, which to me makes no sense. Also, it's very unclear if sealing up the rodent entry point is included in Rose's proposal. Rose's manager was extremely rude and condescending when I tried to get clarification from him. He just kept berating me and said he was going to close out the work order and tell the condo association that I refused to have the work done, all because I wanted to know what the work entailed. I don't want our condo association and co-owners to waste money. Based on the other review (by Stephanie D.) about the squirrel in the ceiling, I think I dodged a bullet.

Not only did he answer the questions I was hoping to have answered he gave me quite a bit of very helpful additional information that empowered me and allowed me to feel a sense of control in a very uncomfortable situation. They seemed confident and experienced about dealing with the problem at hand and that made me feel a lot more confident about what they were going to do. The mice I know have been here for at least two years cause I found the first one last year I caught 12 mice This year I don't know how many I'm going to catch. I've already caught two cold weather has even started yet sticky traps to put down. I've got 15 of them down all over my apartment and catching cockroaches cockroaches my personal support workers have found dead bedbugs in my laundry basket , where these pets are coming from I do not know. I know I try and keep my apartment as clean as possible. I have personal support workers that come and do light housekeeping on the daily basis. I also have somebody coming in once a month to do a thorough cleaning where they're moving out things and cleaning behind , everything cleaning in and outside of cupboards and cabinets in the last two months when I'm finding these issues more and more people coming forward and I don't know who to blame. Is it the pest people not using the right product? Is it the building management that is not keeping up with the duties that they need to do to make sure that our apartment building is kept Free or is it the residence that are not keeping themselves with proper hygiene so that we don't have the issue I only know what I've done to try and keep my apartment as clean as possible and now they're coming into my apartment to attention they're sitting in the office, laughing I know the Director has told me that last year they spent over $20,000 in pest control from true pest control and I live in the downtown area and it's getting worse by the day and true pest control is coming almost on a weekly basis, but does not seem to be helping

I ended up just purchasing and setting my own traps as this city's pest control companies are a joke. Trust me people, just set your own. I did and I am a single woman. It is really easy. Plus you will have the trap forever just incase something else tries to get in!
