He told me to send a $300 deposit, which I did, then never gave me ANY follow up for4 days until I had to reach out to him personally and he tells me is booked and can't deliver the jumper. WTF?? Then why did I send you a deposit and you couldn't tell me right away? Then when I tell him to send me my deposit back he tells me to wait til end of the day?? Insanely unprofessional and total douchebag move. He tells me too close to the day of my party where everything else is fully booked. Do I have to put one star? I don't even want to put one. I booked with this company via text with the understanding that you will see on the screenshots below. The drop off and pick up would be on Saturday. When I text on Thursday to confirm the order all of a sudden, David told me that they don't work on Saturday and they have to drop off on Friday. I told him that was never told to me and it couldn't be dropped off on Friday. We don't have the area until Saturday. He then said he would drop off on Saturday and it would cost me more money. You'll see the text where I say this was never told to me either. Then they went dark on me. Contacted company week before an event. We were hosting at an AirBnb for a party for our friends which made some of the details important. Contact went smooth, details were conveyed and payment made. It was really clear that this is a small business. The details of drop off and pickup needed to be confirmed multiple times, but the individual I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and we got the service we paid for. Drop off was a little late due to traffic, but that's not on them.Table and chairs were in good working order and the event went smoothly. They were able to accommodate us with drop off and pick up times, and scheduled them only a week and half in advance. Also, when they showed up we realized we needed a generator for the bounce house and they went back to their warehouse and picked one up for us to rent all before our party started. Would give 0 stars if I could. Communication early on was good but thats where the positive experience ends. Booked tents, tables, and chairs 2 months in advance. I made it clear that delivery was needed the day before in text and received confirmation it would be. Paid the deposit. 2 days before event, no update on delivery. Had to follow up. One day before event, no update. Had to follow-up again. Was told maybe they could deliver it the day before or would have to wait till the event day. Our event is at 11 and was told they would deliver by 10, leaving us 1 hr to try and scramble to setup tables and chairs. Morning of event, get a text they cannot deliver on the tent and a sorry for inconvenience. Offers to still deliver chairs and tables but with no courtesy discount for not delivering on the tents or extra chairs or tables free of charge. No explanation on why they couldn't deliver the tents. We were fortunate to find another vendor the morning of the event to deliver on everything we needed. We cancelled our order and requested our deposit to be returned as it was only fair since they did not deliver on the tent reservation. We are still waiting on the refund. If you want to chance getting your order canceled on the day of the event then this is the place for you. read more

I was looking for a 20x30 tent, 6 tables and 48 chairs for my son's graduation party. I seen them advertised on Facebook so I messaged them for pricing. They were definitely the cheapest around as I had already gotten quotes from other party rental companies. I went ahead and booked them on April 30th, 2025 for our party which was Sunday June 8th. They asked for a deposit which I Zelled over and they confirmed they received it. Several weeks went by but as it got closer to the party date I needed details, such as the size of the tables so I knew which size table covers to buy. I messaged them back via Facebook and they responded quickly. June rolls around and I messaged them Friday before my Sunday June 8th event to see what time they would be dropping off my rentals. They replied with, "We don't have a reservation for you" and they were very rude by adding "Look at our message history we have no messages from you". I was livid!! I'm old school so I screenshot everything. I sent them our conversation, my Zelle receipt, etc. I finally called the number and a guy answered and said they didn't have my reservation but not to worry because they had the tent, tables and chairs available. How am I not to worry when you guys can't even keep tabs of a simple reservation?... At this point it was too late to book anyone else because of graduation season and I didn't want to go through the hassle of finding someone. So I disappointedly went along with keeping them. Before hanging up, he asked if they could deliver Saturday night and I said that's fine. Saturday rolls around and I hear nothing from them. I was just hoping they would even show up at all Sunday because we desperately needed them. I called them Sunday morning at 10:33am and the same guy answered saying they would be delivering it within the next 2 hours. Our party started at 2pm so I'm thinking okay hopefully they get there sooner than 12:30. It was 12:30 and I called them several times but no answer. We started calling around to see if anyone else could accommodate us so last minute. Finally they show up at almost 1pm and it took them 30 minutes to set up! We were all very upset but just trying to make the best of the situation. Because they showed up late, it made our whole start time late because we still had to decorate and set up all the chairs. I definitely do not recommend doing business with them. They obviously are very unprofessional when it comes to keeping simple records of reservations and just dealing with customers in general. They have horrible communication skills as they never answer the phone when you need them to. You get what you pay for. We have kids in our family who will be graduating next year but will not use them nor recommend them to anyone. Beware!! read more
