Not only was Margaret super responsive, she was straight to the point with quotes and communication was fast and easy. Fairly and competitively priced with several options. Renting red carpets for our school fundraiser gala we held this past Sat 2.22.25. The location of the warehouse can be a bit confusing but once you go into Industrial Way There is a sign pointing to HAZ Party rentals. Decided to pick up the carpet myself to save the traveling fee. Picked it up Friday before closing time and was able to return it on Monday b4 5 pm. It's not far from Sam's club. Literally across from the warehouse behind the gas station. It's located in warehouse buildings. The garage door was open so you can't miss it. If you peep inside, you'll see all of what they have to offer for party rentals, From the red rope, popcorn machine, tables, chairs. Ice buckets and many more items. Met Margaret the owner and she was very great. Associate gentleman helped load the 2 carpets along with unloading it when i dropped it back off. Red tape was provided for the carpets. Great party rental place! I've used them several times when I've had gatherings at my house where the number of invited butt's out-number the number of chairs I own. Easy to deal with, all the equipment (tables, chairs, heaters) have always been in good shape. Arranging for the rental was easy- they respond quickly to phone messages and emails. On the day of delivery our bride to be changed plans and we had to try to figure out how to deliver the tables and chairs without her knowledge (and she was in the house!). I rented tables and chairs for my son's birthday party on a Saturday, amazingly they delivered them on a Friday morning and picked them up on Monday without extra charge. Ive rented party equipment from this company before and never have I ever had such a bad experience. I know that they recently got a new owner and honestly now they're super unorganized. When we were planning to rent tables and chairs it was super difficult to get someone on the phone to help us, no one ever picks up the phone. Moving forward to the delivery day they gave us a specific time that they'll be dropping off our tables and chairs for our party and was super late and we tried to call them a million times and simply could not get through to anyone so we had to DRIVE to their location to see what's going on only for them to tell us that the driver is on the way now (as if they forgot about the delivery). Moving forward to the day they needed to pick up tables and chairs, we got no call or email as to what time they will be picking them up. We tried calling and no answer, only to find out that the driver let himself into our backyard (without us present) to get tables and chairs. I call haz to make sure that it was them who picked it up and the person I spoke to seemed so confused and didn't know that they had a pick up today which I find ridiculous. I sent an email 2 weeks before Thanksgiving inquiring about renting a 6' table with 8 chairs. I was easily able to book this over the internet. I did call to confirm and the woman I spoke with was actually quite pleasant, if not very succinct. I arrived on the day requested and they were there to greet me. They were wiping down tables and chairs. For a little over $20 I rented the table and chairs from Wednesday to Friday. They loaded the things into my car (and they do delivery) and when I came back they unloaded the things from my car. I would happily use this company again. Just a note though--if you're planning on renting the plastic folding chairs without cushions, you might want to have nice seat covers. They were a little beat up (but very clean looking). The table was also a little beat up, but it was obvious that we'd be using a nice table cloth. read more
