The ambience is so calm & relaxing from the moment you walk through the gate. After checking in, I was quickly taken into my room. I've never had a facial done before so Mindy kindly explained the process to me before she started the treatment. My favorite part was definitely the hot & cold stones. I send over the pix - I was given a partial refund and told the building was aged and working on renovations - also told the housekeeping failed to clean the bathroom area. I was extremely disappointed- was told someone from management would call - they did not. Very disappointing- I saw the black baseboard when I came a month prior - made a comment about it- was assured it was being taken care of - bit white paint is not the way to cover up mold My event was amazing though- food was good and event room was clean! I truly appreciate the management actually taking their time to take their customers' experiences seriously. My return visit was as good as the old days. The atmosphere was relaxing and very zen. We arrived and got checked in, then went over to the spa a little while after that and got checked in. You then go to the locker room and get changed, they assign you a locker which is easy to access as you put in your own code and don't need a key. You get into a robe, they've got sandals to wear too, and then go out and wait around for your massage therapist to arrive and take you to your room. The rooms have tons of space, a bath tub, showers, and then massage tables to lay on after some relaxation. The massage we got was a couples one and last about 90 minutes, it was very nice and I felt like a million bucks after it was over. Would return and do this again in a heartbeat.
