Omar said they would see what can be done to repair the rear bumper cover, but also stated that there was a good chance that it very well may require replacement. Nicole called me a couple of hours after I brought the car in and confirmed that the rear number cover needed to be replaced and she arranged for the part to be ordered. I have dealt with Nicole in the past and she is incredibly knowledgeable, answers all of your questions and quells your concerns. A loaner car was arranged for me. As promised on the day it was brought in, I received a call from AB advising me that the car would be ready for pick up after 2:00 PM today (Friday). The car was returned to me in immaculate condition. New bumper cover, perfect paint match, car washed and the inside was thoroughly cleaned. Car was also recalibrated. As if that's not enough, they also detail and wash your car when they give it back. Most other repair places leave grease stains and make a mess when you get your vehicle back. Not this place.....the car is always clean when you get it back. Also, customer service is very good here as they are always able to answer questions and they do a great job with dealing with the insurance adjuster. With both cars I had repaired here, I didn't have to even call the insurance company. They did all the work and stayed in contact with the insurance company and did a great job getting everything covered.
