Aberdeen Creamery I visited during their opening week and thought it was just okay, so I decided to give them another try today. Unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. I ordered a small vanilla soft serve cone, but the employee behind the counter started scooping regular ice cream into a cup. When I clarified that I wanted soft serve, she told me, "Yes, soft serve--we make it from scooped ice cream," which made no sense. They then charged me over $7 for what was clearly not soft serve. After my card was already processed, I told them I didn't want it. At that point, the owner, Alan, became extremely aggressive--raising his voice and even putting his hands on me. I left immediately and will never return. It's disappointing, as I try to support local businesses, but experiences like this make that difficult. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I stopped in here when I was going to H and R Block. They had several flavors but none were really enticing to me. I tasted a few and finally settled on one that was OK. The portion size was smaller than most places. I only got a single scoop and I asked if they could do a little of two flavors to make the scoop and they wouldn't - -some other places will do that. I probably won't be back - there are better places. I must add that while I didn't really care for this place, my CPA told me she loves it - -- there you go! We were 3 couples here for dessert after having dinner 3 doors down at DeLucas Italian Restaurant. This was a great idea because we all love ice cream and every ice cream is made there and very fresh. So many great varieties. My husband and I shared a double scoop for $6. I made a sweet stop with my daughter to get an ice cream fill up. It's located in the Aberdeen plaza off of Jog Road and it's cute. There are many different flavors of the Ice Cream Club ice cream to choose from. I got the salted caramel brownie and my daughter got the superman ice cream. We sat inside and enjoyed it until no more was left. The gentleman behind the counter was very nice and the shop was very clean. read more

Good place for ice cream. Tons of flavors and combinations. Gets pricey quick per scoop. Parking is tight at night. Clean ice cream parlor. Older couple owned and operated. I don't see them lasting too long unless they sell and someone else picks up where they left off. Enjoy! read more

This cute ice cream shop is located in the Aberdeen plaza and has a variety of flavors to choose from, such as Pistachio, Vanilla, Strawberry and many many more. The ice cream was delicious and we got ours to go although they do have seating inside. There is also nice a toy/gift area right in the shop if you want get something for a little one. read more

He cursed at the worker not the owner and wanted to hit the worker by moving right up to his face. The Owner very clearly made him custom soft serve which is a specialty of the store. Asked to taste a sample(seeing how there are sample spoons available) and was asked if I was going to buy something. I replied "how am I going to know if I want to buy it if I don't taste it first?". I was told no. No? To a little spoon sample? Bad Business. The lady, who claimed to be the owner, was rude and nasty. I wouldn't sample their ice cream if they gave me 3 gallons for free. Environment and place was good. Very clean and tidy. Nice bright alluring colors. I walked in and was not greeted and I was there only person in the shop. I said hi to her first. I then looked around for a few mins and she never asked me if I needed help. When I was ready to order I asked her for a sample and her first and initial response was " are you going to buy something" and I asked her "what did you say? And he repeated herself " are you going to buy something?" That was very rude and odd because I was only in the store for less than 5 mins and was not greeted and when ready that was her question. I then said um yess..... and she then helped me by allowing me a sample. I got 3 samples and then ordered. Ice-cream was average. Kinda had a frostbite taste. I won't be revisiting. Two stars are for the pretty shop, tidy, clean and cute items for sale around the shop. Also, Im not sure if she thought I was a student since there is a school nearby but Im 35 yrs old. Ice cream as delicious as it comes! My first visit to this creamy was last night and I enjoyed the entire experience. The shop was clean and well lit with very cheerful colors inside. There is plenty of seating outside to relax and enjoy your tasty ice cream in a cup, cone, sundae, milkshake and more. The store owners are a lovely husband and wife team, Alan and Paige. They are both nice people and Alan is as entertaining as they come. He can tell you a story, from personal experience, about anything and any job you can think of. We have found our new 'regular' ice cream place! The Cow has gotten way too expensive and Brendy's is a bit far. Aberdeen is close, reasonable, and has lots of flavors to choose from. They will give samples (unlike Brendy's), and have lots of seating (more outside than in). It is bright and clean, and they have some dairy free and sugar free options as well. They alsoo offee floats and egg creamms and other goodies including a wall of candy. Highly recommend! read more

Just had some of the most delicious ice cream I've ever had in the area! Brand new spot that I'm glad I stumbled upon while visiting family in the area. Definitely found my new favorite spot. First time trying "Ice Cream Club" brand ice cream after hearing great things. Happy I don't have to drive far for it. The two staff members couldn't have been more lovely or accommodating, even as we came in nearing closing time. The inside was immaculate and they were very generous allowing us to try samples. The only reason why I am giving this place 3 stars is because they use ice cream club ice cream which is delicious. I ordered a banana split and the lady behind the counter when I asked the difference between the banana sundae and the banana split, she said the banana split is more worth the money and the best price in town. (I can say for a fact that it isn't the best price in town.) A long open Boynton Beach ice cream place is less money but I wanted to try this place since I previously had a milkshake that was good.(small but good) I will tell you that my banana split didn't even have enough ice cream between the 3 scoops to equal one decent scoop from other places. She asked what three toppings I wanted. I started to tell her what I wanted, and she asked if I wanted whipped cream and a cherry. I said yes please. In the picture and and any normal banana split the whipped cream and cherry is not included in the 3 toppings. I started giving her my 3rd topping choice and she said but you said you wanted whipped cream and cherry. I said even in your picture that is how it is made. I think what she constitutes a scoop is a melon ball size scoop, which is a waste of my money. read more
