The parties responsible for this crime stole the following things: food, clothing (including the only winter coat she owned) shoes, meat, makeup, linens, towels, cooking utilizes, pots, personal items and more... He gave me a direct quote, very clearly explaining what the job would cost and being very transparent that he would not do the job unless I was happy with the price. He immediately began working. This service was at my house in under 15 minutes. We had an unfortunate situation, the electric lock on our apartment was insecure in keeping my 3yo from unlocking the door by himself and the complex absolutely would not help us, and the very kind locksmith(who had two small children of his own) was able to switch out the front door and patio door locks with dual entry locks in under 30 minutes. I can now lock my apartment from the inside with a key, ensuring that my son is now safe in our apartment if I should turn my back for even a minute. Excellent customer service! Moved into a new home and needed the locks changed. Owner was able to come out within a couple of hours. We discussed what I needed and pricing first! He wanted to make sure that I understood what each item cost! He was able to change three locks and install a new deadbolt. It only took 2 hours from start to finish! David was a lifesaver when there was a malfunctioning key pad on the house where I was pet sitting. I was desperate to get inside to the dogs. After a sleepless night of waiting to hear from the owners and after their failed attempts to open the key pad remotely, I finally called Abi Locksmith.
