When I arrived, I greeted her and asked to be directed to my appointment with David. Instead of acknowledging me, she ignored my question, looked down at her phone while giggling, and started burying her face into the computer which was odd and then turned her attention to my mother, whom she appeared to assume was another customer. I had to repeat myself and explain that the woman standing next to me was my mother, who only speaks Korean, and that we simply needed directions to my salesperson. Rather than her responding professionally, I was shown how a person can be so incompetent at her job. I also discovered what I believe was a social media post about me, which I found shocking and completely inappropriate. No customer should be made to feel belittled or insulted when visiting a dealership. As the first point of contact, a receptionist should treat every customer with courtesy and professionalism. This experience left a very negative impression and made me question whether I would return to or recommend this dealership. I would have given this experience zero stars, but because of David's kindness, patience, and professionalism, I am leaving one star. The management here should do a better review on who they hire, this Chinese woman learned her manners at a sanitation department. I hope management takes this complaint seriously, investigates what occurred, addresses the employee's conduct, and ensures that future customers are treated with the respect and professionalism they deserve.

My car window was completed shattered by a thief in my neighborhood (Mayor Blasio, you should be ashamed to tell twitter about reduced crime rates). I called almost a dozen shops; Jim answered the phone with a price and told me that the repair could be done on the same day. When I arrived, I noted that the shops are manned by group of seasoned staff who talked straight. The waiting room was spacious and the staff who installed the window cleaned the window (wiped the edges several times) before fitting the glass into a space holder (a rubber frame) then putting the whole set back on to my car. The whole process took approximately 40 min. which is exact what I expected (when in double, google it). I paid what I was quoted over the phone. One day after the repair, I received a follow up text from the store just to make sure that everything is fine. It is a very nice touch in customer service, reflecting the pride and honor of the owner as well as management. As I drove away, another customer who had the same window problem came. I hope those who read this review would never ever need to replace his or her car windows due to theft or accident. If you ever do, I recommend this auto shop.
