I am writing to share my experience with this company regarding recurring pest issues at my home. I requested a follow-up visit in January 2024 due to continued signs of activity; however, the technician concluded that their previous work was intact and that I should not be experiencing further issues. Additional charge six months after what should have been a complete sealing of my property. Despite their assessment, the problem persisted. I have attempted to contact the company several times since then to seek further assistance but my calls have gone unreturned. The ongoing nature of this infestation, compounded by the recent discovery of another dead rodent and a hole in a flour bag, suggests that the initial exclusion and sealing services were not performed effectively. As a customer who paid for both the initial service and a follow-up visit, I am disappointed by the lack of resolution and the company's failure to respond to my inquiries. I will be seeking a different provider that stands behind their work and maintains professional communication.

Their website clearly states they service the Chicago area. This type of statement is discriminatory, offensive, and unprofessional. I have been charged on my credit card every month for services I never authorized. On top of that, my service is supposed to be every six weeks, but they went over eight weeks without contacting me or scheduling a visit. I finally had to call them myself, and they scheduled me for the very next day (Saturday). Because of the bug problem around my home, I canceled my plans to go out of town so someone would be home for the appointment. My yard has become so infested that my dog was bitten by something under his eye, causing it to swell to the point he could barely open it. Saturday morning I received a text saying the technician would arrive within 30 minutes. Nearly an hour later, I received another text saying they were not coming at all. When I called customer service, I was told the earliest they could reschedule was the following Wednesday. They were already two weeks overdue, continued charging my card, and then canceled at the last minute with no real solution. To make matters worse, my neighbor experienced the same thing, so this doesn't appear to be an isolated incident. The service clearly isn't effective either--I still have mosquitoes everywhere and more bugs than ever. Charging customers while failing to provide the agreed-upon service, canceling appointments at the last minute, and leaving customers waiting for weeks is completely unacceptable.
