I was told by some company that cheap means less quality. Okay, please use your own judgement. I can only say they are not greedy company, or maybe they use fewer workers with less time but very efficient work. Maybe no long warranty is also a factor. So it depends on what you want. And during the work, they were very transparent with each process and helped me take pictures of every step they did. Josh and Alan were very patient in answering all my questions. They even change the main sewer line connected to the tank which is not in the scope of work. And the toilet already started to flow. Josh is super honest with the price, he took down the part that they didn't do at the end. They not only saved our pocket but also the time. They did a wonderful job within a day with cheapest price which some company has to finish in a week but charge triple. They truly care not just for the money. Thank you for everything. The technician was very friendly and courteous but, and it's a big "but" he quoted me $900-$1200 for a kitchen faucet and another $1900 for labor. He also stated that his company couldn't guarantee the installation because our water pressure was over 100 psi. Plus he needed to replace our angle stops which would be another $350. I purchased a faucet at Costco for $125 received other bids for less than $300 labor, called our water provider, CVWD and they were aghast that the plumber said our water pressure was too high as it's at 550 psi which is normal for our area and equipment. After I declined to hire Pride Plumbing I've received over 14 text messages and emails from them although I replied with "stop" on their texts. I've now had to block over three different phone numbers yet today I received another text in which I responded again with the reasons why I didn't hire them. Im a senior living in a beautiful community but cost is a factor when I consider vendor services. It's my opinion that I felt taken advantage of and have written this review.

If I could give Tri City Plumbing 0 stars I would. Where to even start. I contacted Ramon and his…read moreteam because of a leak that we were having from our second floor shower. We were also having issues with a sink P-Trap and hot water not coming out from the same shower where the leak was. Ramon sent out a plumber, named Fernando, who opened a hole in our drywall and after a couple of mins of eyeballing the area, he determined that the leak was coming from an old seal on the shower overflow. He also said that the issue with the hot water was coming from a cartridge issue and that he would fix it. All together for the P-Trap, seal replacement, and cartridge replacement I was charged $600 after receiving a $100 discount for paying all cash. Fast forward to now, our shower knob broke due to a faulty cartridge. It was an old, broken cartridge that Fernando installed which caused the knob to break. The leak? Never fixed. We patched up the drywall and after a couple of weeks started noticing water stains in the same area again. I reached out to Ramon regarding the leak and he said he would get back to me with info on when they could come back out but then went unresponsive. Since he wasn't responsive after I reached out about the leak, my wife reached out to him from her # about the cartridge issue and he asked her to send pictures and that he would fix it if it was their fault. Pictures were sent and we followed up with him multiple times just for him to ignore our calls/texts and send us to voicemail. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I now find myself looking for another plumbing company on here to help with the leak that they never fixed, and ended up paying an additional $189 for a whole new kit to replace the cartridge and damaged water knob

Stephen, the plumber that helped me out, was very transparent from the beginning and walked me…read morethrough all of the issues that was going on with my plumbing. He discovered a slab leak and listed several options. He is probably one of the most "real one's" there are out there. He does not just come to do a job, but genuinely cares about each of his customers. He tries to establish a relationship with his customers by making it feel like he is taking care of a family member. He tries to get to know you and is willing to hold a conversation with you and hear you out. Plumbing issues can be very expensive and Stephen is sensitive to that. It is never a great time to get plumbing work done, but Stephen is there to talk with you, hear you out, and just be someone who genuinely cares about the customer. I will be using Jim and Son's for any plumbing needs in the future and I highly recommend them to anyone. I wish I remembered the name of the other plumber that helped him out during the job, but he was awesome as well.
