Finally I took the unit into the shop and was told now that I had passed 30 days ( by 3 days) my only option was to sell it my self and buy a new one since I can't use the original one I offered to pay the difference in the models prices and $100 L and L said no. I then asked if they could help me out on the price of the second unit and was told no discounts were available When I returned home I found they have a 10 percent off coupon on purchases over $75 in a local flyer my weedeater was over $500 ! I have known both the previous owners and had a great deal of respect for Ted who recently passed away I am sure he would be ashamed of the way I was treated. I had a large order of wood pellets to pick up and I was impressed with the ease and amount of time it took for them to load. They have you pull up into the bay and they load everything up for you. My gift of gab extended beyond the regular business hours, so I grabbed my purchases, made note of my new 'wishlisted' plants, and bid my new friend adieu. Was told with demo that deliver would take 1-2 hours of my day. Because they had to send a 2n md person to actually do the demo, had to go back again for missing parts, it was 8 hours! My entire day! No apology. I ordered lights in mid July, told a few weeks, it's now mid October with no delivery date yet. I will say the tech who did come out to do the demo, and discovered the missing parts, was a great guy. Seemed to know his stuff. Too bad he is retiring. Hate to drive so far for parts and service, but to avoid this place, will be worth it. Two stars because the tech was helpful.

Figured out what I needed, fuel filter was about a third the price as Napa. Next I talked to Ryan the sales manager. I Had some questions about the value of my tractor, he took his time, looked it up and gave me some ideas on selling it. I asked if service was open to get some help with my fuel system. He took me in the back and we found Luke, the outside guru jack of all Kubota mechanic. I told him my problem and he took the time to tell me what I needed and walked me through how to fix my problem. Can't say enough good about these guys. After two neighbors said they had purchased trees here, we thought we would give it a go when we were in the market for a new backyard tree. We are now 2 backyard trees, and about fifteen shrubs later and they are our go to spot for larger landscaping projects. They don't have annuals, pots or any garden art, but if you need trees, shrubs or perennials you can't beat them. Their team is very knowledgeable about all that is in their inventory and what works well with each other for a composed landscape. You truly can't beat the value when looking make some changes beyond annual color spots.

I have spent money on parts for a mower so I can continue making money through my landscaping business, everyday I don't have my parts, I lose money, two weeks and I haven't heard anything and I can no longer afford to drive down there just to ask if my parts are there because I'm also not getting any phone calls. Oh god and then there's the phone issue. I used to manage an auto parts store and our policy was to pick up the call within the first three rings, I called 7 times within the span of 30 minutes and I didn't even get put on hold. I know these guys aren't doing anything as I've watched them completely ignore the phone while I was in the store. I'd be so much more understanding if the store was packed and the phones are ringing off the hook but that's not the case... customer service is trash as well. I'm scared of retaliation since I still haven't seen my parts and I'm sure they'll know who this is but I just want to warn anyone searching for the right store... THIS IS NOT IT GO LOOK ELSEWHERE. They offered to speak to the Stihl rep to see if such an unusual repair could be covered by the warranty, which was long-since over. Although the rep rejected the idea, State Street Saw Shop offered me a substantial discount on a new saw, which we gladly accepted.
