Amber was patient with me when picking out colors and gave me addressed of several different types on existing homes for me to see in the real word (vs in a store). This really helped me and Amber even stopped by my house to give an opinion as to what would look good. As i was worried about proper installation temps, she also worked with me on scheduling during a warmer period.
