They have tons of free snacks and drinks in the office, toys and coloring books for kids, and make the process very easy. All three cars I bought from this lot were priced fairly. On the last car I bought here a few years ago, I noticed a major issue with the car a couple months after I purchased it. Even though I knew the contract is 'as-is' I called and asked if they could help me. They offered to purchase the part for me and have it delivered to the shop, at no cost to me, which took a lot of stress out of the situation and saved me tons of money on repairs.

I bought a Mazda CX5 and even though I know a bit about cars I decided to get a pre purchase inspection at a local shop to make sure everything on the car was working. It wasn't cheap ($237) but it was worth it considering the investment I was about to make. When I brought this up to Robert, he even offered to take it to the shop and pick it up. Some of the negative comments here are just crazy in my opinion. First off, people need to understand that when you buy a used vehicle anything can happen. Even new cars have problems. Second, if you want peace of mind, take it to a professional so they can check the car before purchasing it since it is your right. Third, all used car lots have a "sold as is" policy. If you want to play it safe, do your homework and research the make, year and model to make sure that particular generation wasn't bad. I personally did a week of research and then decided to get take a look. I couldn't be more happy about how everything played out. Hopefully I'll be back next time I need another vehicle. Good job guys!

Unfortunately, I walked away after paying for my own independent pre-purchase inspection. Before making the trip, I specifically asked the salesperson, Liz, several times whether there was rust underneath the vehicle because the CARFAX showed it had spent most of its life in British Columbia. That was an important concern for me, yet my questions about rust were never directly answered. The independent mechanic found scaling rust underneath the vehicle, including corrosion around brake-related components, the exhaust/muffler area, and other areas. He told me the amount of scaling was not what he would consider normal for a West Coast vehicle. When I brought the inspection findings to Liz, I felt the issue was minimized as simply "normal rust." The dealership did not offer to professionally address the rust or reduce the price based on the inspection findings. I was essentially told that if I wasn't comfortable with it, I should find another vehicle. Yes, the dealership had already negotiated the price with me, and I appreciated that. However, that negotiation happened before I knew the actual condition underneath the vehicle. A negotiated price doesn't change the fact that new information came to light during an independent inspection--especially information about something I had specifically asked about beforehand. At $12,500 OTD for a 10-year-old CX-5 with 144,000 miles and significant scaling rust underneath, I simply couldn't justify the purchase, particularly when comparable vehicles can be found through private sellers for less. My biggest disappointment wasn't that an older vehicle had some rust. It was the lack of transparency when I repeatedly asked about it before making the trip, followed by minimizing the issue once my mechanic discovered it. I'm very glad I paid for an independent inspection. I strongly recommend that anyone considering a used vehicle here do the same

It is 2026 and there is no excuse to have a website that was built in 1999 or later. (at least that's what it looks like and feels like when I am stupid clicking on it because I forget how bad it is) Your website is deplorable and totally unusable. I am sure I speak for a lot of people. We just want to see what vehicles you have in stock, a photo of it, when it was put on the lot, and not have to look up a part to see if you have it. It does not cost a lot to have a basic website built with a list of vehicles and the other info I for mentioned. I am sure you are thinking "JUST CALL US" I don't want to call. I hate talking on the phone. When a wrecking yard has a decent website that makes it easy to look up the vehicles my truck can use parts from saves me an hour on the phone calling 10 yards checking to see if they have what I can use. It takes 10 min. to search the few websites to see if they have what I need. It is 2026 it is time to get caught up and set your yard apart from everyone else. I would bet money you would make more money if you listen to what I am saying.

But know many sales people and dealerships will lie about it if they do really know. IDK or don't have no clue about Baydo now days but back then to me they were very much on the level. In past when bought cars or trucks before that I dealt with some real slime bags car sales people and Baydo was not that way to me. I moved out of Wa since I bought the Mustang from them, but if I was still a resident of Wa state I probably go back and maybe buy another car or truck from them.

These are all great, but, the real reason why this place will always get my business is the exchange policy that they extended to me. I ended up finding the exact vehicle I was looking for at this lot. Problem was, is that when I had already driven it home, I realized that it was not a 4x4 version of the Tahoe. I had read somewhere incorrectly in a forum online that all LT versions on the Tahoe were 4x4, and this assumption led me to overlook that aspect during the test drive. When it finally dawned on me that there were no controls on the dash and I took a look under the front axle, I promptly looked online for information regarding grace periods or nullifying auto loans. Everything online pointed to "too bad, buddy" and I felt devastated. Next thing I did was visit their website, and saw that they advertise a 48hr exchange policy on all vehicles and it was at that point that I realized I should go buy a lotto ticket. Anyway, I went back to the lot and explained to them the situation, expecting them to be someone hesitant or annoyed or less helpful. It couldn't have been more the opposite. They totally understood my situation, and even tried to share the blame with me (when it was most certainly my fault). It gets better even. I test drove around 5 other vehicles, none of which I was completely happy with. After talking it over with my wife, I decided I didn't want to settle on something else that wasn't exactly what I was looking for. I returned to the salesman to tell him that I would like to either return them the vehicle now (within the 48 hours) and wait for an acceptable exchange to become available, or if that wasn't an option, I would keep the current vehicle and just eat my mistake. He told me this: "Why don't you just keep the vehicle you have now, and I'm pretty sure we can find what you are looking for in a few weeks. Don't worry, this won't cost you anything". I could not be any more pleased with this buying experience. Baydo has gone waaaaaaay beyond my expectations. I would give them 6 stars if I could. The only thing I can do to repay them is spread the word. They can be sure that they will have my business for as long as they are in it.
