I'm sure there are several factors that make this car purchase one of the easiest and most enjoyable ever for us. 1. We're older and no longer impulsive 2. We did our due diligence in our research before contacting anybody 3. We know our financial situation and credit scores so there were no surprises 4. We refused to settle for anything less than our expectations 5. Josh Reynolds - our salesman 6. Pricing listed within Fair Market Value rather than MSRP 7. Carfax emailed to us by Josh the night before our appointment We located this particular car online. When we called the dealership to verify if the car was still on the lot we were told "yes". We scheduled an appointment with Josh for 9:00am the next day. Upon our arrival, the car had already been pulled up to the front and ready for us to take out and test drive. Each of us provided a photo copy of our driver's license and in return we were given one hour to take the car for a test drive. We were both thrilled to test drive without a rep in the car with us so that we could talk comfortably among-st ourselves as well as dissect the car in private. Within 45 minutes of our test drive, we knew we would be taking this car off their hands. Since the pricing was fair, negotiations were not necessary. While filling out paperwork, we were offered complimentary beverages and snacks. Several banking institutions are available to guarantee the lowest % rates. The whole car transaction was completed in less than 2 hours (45 minutes were test driving). Additional warranties were offered but not pushed when we declined them. The car was detailed and filled with gas while we were filling out our paperwork. The license will be mailed to us so that we do not have to drive all the way back to the dealership (1 hour drive for us). We stole a 2013 Acura TL Advanced package with less than 12k miles and still under factory warranty. Thank you Josh for your time and honesty. By far the most favorable car experience for us both to date.

He is very knowledgeable about every model and even takes pride in explaining where each car is built and how that influences the overall experience. You can tell he truly understands his product and cares about helping customers make the right choice. What stood out the most was how personalized he made everything. My husband and I drive very differently, and Casey created specific test drive routes for each of us. He offered a more dynamic route for my husband and a calm, low traffic route for me since I am a more anxious driver. This level of thoughtfulness made me feel comfortable and supported throughout the process. Casey consistently goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are informed, confident and taken care of. My family and I will continue returning to him for all future purchases. We scheduled an appointment and drove down to Olympia the next day. When we first got there we were given a paper application and then were told that in order to be approved for a loan, we would have to trade in our other car (that was in a repo status). We specifically put on the application that we didn't want to trade in any car. We had made plans outside of the dealership to sell privately, but were told that it was a stipulation of the bank and we didn't have any option. We were hesitant, but continued with the paper application. Jonas ended up 'finding a way' to make it work without a trade in. Things started out a bit rocky, but got better the longer we were there. Jonas ended up getting me and my husband into a nice, clean, solid car (2014 VW Passat). He was very helpful and friendly. He listened to our needs and worked around our bad credit. He was straight up, no pressure. We are so happy with our purchase and would definitely buy from him again. Jeff O. helped us finalize the sale documents and seal the deal. He was experienced and friendly and worked with Jonas behind the scenes to get us the car we wanted. The reason for 4 not 5 stars was because of the trade in mixup and that they went to the gas station and gave us a little under a half tank after we bought the car. For us it's the little things that make all the difference, so I would suggest that they fill the tank up for new car buyers, especially on cars above $10k. It would be nice to have seen the CarFax as well. Other than those very minor things, these guys were absolutely awesome!! I would definitely purchase from them again. This place was legit. :)

Ryan was open and honest about what we could afford and Joe helped match us with a car that was perfect for our situation. They did not pressure us into a vehicle that was outside of our budget even though we were approved for more. I highly recommend this place! A great overall, low-pressure, experience. They lose a couple of stars because the car was not detailed to our expectations. There were nasty stains on the carpet, seats and crevices, grease, and trash from the previous owner. This is more of an indictment of the I-5 Cars service team. However, we postponed buying the car a couple of days for them to "detail" the vehicle and it looks as if they only did a surface wipe. To their credit, WAC did offer to take a look at the problem and possibly rectify the issue. We ultimately decided to a pay for a detailing professional to do the job since losing trust in their service capabilities and not wanting to drive back out to their location. Still a location I'd recommend to anyone looking to buy a new or used car.

AVOID THIS PLACE AND BUY ELSEWHERE!…read more If you are looking for a place to purchase or service your vehicle, you are doing yourself a GREAT disservice by visiting this location. I purchased a vehicle from this location and purchased the extended warranty. I called today and said "Hey, I purchased my vehicle here and I bought the extended warranty. I have a noise I would like to get checked out. Can I come in or do we have to make an appointment." Instead of offering assistance and being happy to help, they made every dumb reason they could to NOT come there which I will detail below. 1. We can't help with your car because we arent certified Nissan technicians. -OK you dont even know what the problem or sound I am describing and you are already telling me that you cant help me. Who says the repair I need requires a certified Nissan technician. I can go to any average mechanic and they are perfectly capable if they have a business standing on its own two legs to perform repairs- again of which is currently not even known what the issue is. 2. We dont have the tools -So you can service every element of other GMC/Chev/Buick but without even knowing my issue you feel the need to direct me elsewhere behind "not being able to read the codes of a Nissan"? I am not stupid. You are perfectly capable with the tools you have to determine the issue, read codes (if any), and fix the problem 3. We dont stock the parts -News flash, most repairs require parts to be ordered. Again, you dont even know what is wrong with my vehicle and you use this an an excuse to encourage me to go elsewhere. You just like anybody else, have the resources and are perfectly capable to order parts required for a repair. 4. Well we haven't seen you since 2022 for your oil changes -Ya, because jiffy lube is 3 minutes from my house, I can roll up, stay in my car, and be done in 10 minutes, rather than my experience of making an appointment, driving 40 minutes to your location, more expensive, and I have to sit in your sales lobby for the duration of oil change which hopefully you prepared well for and were ready to start doing right when I turn it over What this comes down to is they want to sell you a car to get as much of your money as possible then, connect you with their lenders to get their commission there, sell you a warranty they wont support and get their commission there, and encourage you to go elsewhere when you have a problem. The truth is a warranty company fights to keep a mechanic honest at appropriate rates of repair that you obviously have no desire to deal with. It wasn't until I pointed out to the individual that they have given me all the reasons under the sun to not go here and indicated they have lost my trust and given me all the reason to no longer purchase my vehicles from their location did he change his tune and say, "oh well we would be glad to have you come by on Tuesday and by the way the diagnosis is $250" for a problem I have only described as a noise on cold start that you already stated "you are not certified to repair, that you don't have the tools for, and that you don't have the parts for, and that you would have to wait on Nissan to bring their people in so it'll just take longer than going elsewhere." I'll be sharing this on all platforms. People deserve to know that you are incompetent and incapable of repairing vehicles that you sell, or are simply only in the business for the highest paying pieces of it.

After around 10-15 minutes we noticed the employees standing by the door watching us so we walked in the building to confirm we were interested in test driving. When I was ready to buy, after test driving, the only woman in the office said, "now, I'm not trying to be rude..." which is always a weird way to start off a sentence, because you can almost guarantee they are about to be rude. "We close in about 15 minutes..." and she basically said we can come back tomorrow. No biggie, but not being rude would have been to greet us when we first got there an hour prior, and let us know they close in an hour, not to stand awkwardly by the door and have us wander about. Then the same lady made a comment about us being from Tacoma and how they have a problem with theft from that city. At this point we have been experiencing a few microagressions from the staff that we were just ignoring because I wanted a car. Then there was this guy who ignored my presence because (I'm assuming) his job doesn't seem to be centered around customer service. But how awkward and rude to just have me standing there waiting for help while you're doing nothing but casually chit-chatting with your coworker. Then he finally said something when my partner, who is tall and has a more aggressive presence, walked in. This employees whole tone was off. He also tried to act like he didn't know one of the gaskets were blown when my partner notified him (shady). Then he asked for my W-2 (in addition to check stubs) and said it was because they don't do a credit check. Then, in the same breath, he asked me what my credit score was. I gave him a weird look and said, "I guess you don't need to know since you don't do a credit check." After a long, awkward stare he said, "these are just questions we ask." But the thing is, no, you don't. You just told me you don't do a credit check so why ask me for my credit score? That means he, personally, just wanted to know. Weird and unprofessional. And let's be real if my credit was better, I wouldn't have been there, I would have head straight to a quality dealership.

I was told "they wouldn't charge me for that work and if sucked they had put so much resources and time into it." Well they got the new engine and installed it within my truck, some weeks later I took it back because my driveway was riddled with oil leaks and I was told it was a transmission leak which they charged me to fix. Well it continued leaking but due to trusting in Larry and his team from previous experiences I just assumed they did an inspection and all was good. Well after two years of it....had someone that owns an avalanche truck ask me last week about my truck and I gave him the spill on its leaking oil I know but with receipts and being told it's not, I think it is. He looked at it and being an airplane mechanic for commercial airlines, he examined with his eyes and quickly pointed out the oil gasket seal looks to be the root cause of oil literally being sprayed along the entire undercarriage of my truck. He took a zip tie and was able to slide it with ease into a space. Well lo and behold, he offers to fix it because he previously fixed his own and I helped... guess what.... The gasket was improperly installed and in fact the main cause of my oil leak. Well sad to say, because they overlooked it, my truck is back to tapping like it was before they attempted to fix the lifters and installed the engine. Sadly, I played over 5k for a replaced engine to have it possibly needing to be replaced again two years later because of a lapse in quality control of $25-$30 oil pan gasket cover. I did call them yesterday and mentioned pricing for labor and parts to replace an oil pan gasket and it's 600.00 excluding tax. This guy installed it with my minimal help and after laying cardboard underneath my truck... not one drop of oil from it sitting all night. Really disappointed and I understand mistakes happen, but I kept calling and telling them it was an oil leak and being the "professionals" and with such good previous experiences with them.. I assumed they knew best. Now I'm kicking myself that I didn't take it to someone else for a second inspection years ago.
