Their logo and the car I was in the process of buying when they just sold it to someone else.

What a bunch of typical sleazy car salesman. I suppose the stereotype is there for a reason though. They act nice enough but give you nothing but a run-around and then after you've jumped through a ton of hoops to get financed, they sell your car to someone else because they can't be bothered to submit the paperwork to your bank for approval. Bet I dodged a bullet too because the car needed a pricey repair that at first, Robert said they would fix. Then Robert said they wouldn't fix it but told me they'd give me my asking price for my trade. Then Ryan made Robert a liar and was firm on $800 less than what I was assured I would be given. I'll never shop here again and I urge you not to either. Completely ingenuine and mostly lies. What did I expect? Doesn't matter now anyway.

We at first had our truck in for its usual oil change; everything was FINE and was before I…read morebrought it into them. When leaving; The check engine light was on and instantly was in limp mode. It took the service deparment a while to check it out and report back that there was problems with the Turbo. (And we'd already been there for about 2 hrs before waiting for the oil change_and we HAD AN APPOINTMENT TOO) They wanted to do further checks and diagnose to verify a repair and cost. so they had to hunt down a shuttle driver to take my wife and I back home. They had to verify all the parts needed and report back to us on a total $$$$. We had to contact THEN over next several days _ (oh.. that next week because it was already a friday afternoon and i guess nothing gets worked on on like friday afternoon; Saturdays, Sundays OR Mondays). Then once we FINALLY gave then aproval we waited while they pulled the turbo, egr and exhaust manifold and they BROKE multitudes of bolts; then to add insult to injury they called me to tell me it'd be a whopping bunch more $$$ and they were charging ME for there much extra labor. I was LIVID as HELL!! and considered just selling it back to then and having then just give me money to pay off the loan and we walk away_ the repair cost was astronomically_ attrocious!! But when I finally calmed down and LOOKED at what was available and the price of a replacement truck or a new one_ The bill was substantially lower then the price I'd finally pay to replace that L5P dually. And while looking up prices and resail i found that my truck; even with a turbo and Studs needing repalced was STILL work about $40_45k (RETAIL). and they were offering me a flat $20k_ barely over what i still owed on the loan.i felt SOOO disrespected and belittled with thst tiny trade in value. It was an entire INSULT!!!!. _ i now i said i wanted to just pay off the loan but im not STUPID!!. I now how to extract how much my vehicle is worth in its correct condition. So we declined trade in and grudgingly agreed to have then continue with the repairs. Complications with there teams "work schedule" and there serious UTTER LACK of frequent updates on the progress as well as further parts thst had to be "ordered" left us extremely annoyed to the end of our witts. This isnt the first time we've dealt with NWC but definetely the longest stretch. A week became two_ and two became THREE WEEKS. before we FINALLY recieved the call that truck was completely finished! The truck runs great_ as it did before it went into them. I looked after getting it back and I did see lots of new shiny parts so they did for what I can tell do the work. There was zero issues that next weekend pulling our trailer, no codes no leaks, all fluids were good and all ran well. BUT there astranomical cost of repairs with there total insult to a trade_in and topped with there complete lack of keeping the customer informed frequently left a really retched taste in my mouth for them; furthermore_as I told my wife_ it'll be a COLD DAY IN HELL if I EVER let NWC EVER neer my truck again or I do ANY business With then for as LONG as I own ANY vehicle left in my lifetime. Im sorry NWC_ you totally SUCK. and you will NEVER get my business AGAIN. And i will tell my story to EVERYONE who remotely listens and I WILL post this exact review across every place I can on the Internet! our hugest issue was you to KEEP US ***INFORMED*** and you COULDNT EVEN DO THAT!!!!

I will change my 1 star when you make a website that actually shows your inventory not by year,…read moremake and one selected part. It is 2026 and there is no excuse to have a website that was built in 1999 or later. (at least that's what it looks like and feels like when I am stupid clicking on it because I forget how bad it is) Your website is deplorable and totally unusable. I am sure I speak for a lot of people. We just want to see what vehicles you have in stock, a photo of it, when it was put on the lot, and not have to look up a part to see if you have it. It does not cost a lot to have a basic website built with a list of vehicles and the other info I for mentioned. I am sure you are thinking "JUST CALL US" I don't want to call. I hate talking on the phone. When a wrecking yard has a decent website that makes it easy to look up the vehicles my truck can use parts from saves me an hour on the phone calling 10 yards checking to see if they have what I can use. It takes 10 min. to search the few websites to see if they have what I need. It is 2026 it is time to get caught up and set your yard apart from everyone else. I would bet money you would make more money if you listen to what I am saying.

But had to go there some days or a week after I bought it for something don't remember on what, then they asked me on how I like etc...I told them its way to early to judge that yet after a few days or 1 week owning it, but ask me this ? in 3 to 5 to 10 to 15 years later. Its now 13 years later I still own it and have 194,000 miles on that car. But do know a dealership or sales person cannot determine how good or bad that car or truck will be. But know many sales people and dealerships will lie about it if they do really know. IDK or don't have no clue about Baydo now days but back then to me they were very much on the level. In past when bought cars or trucks before that I dealt with some real slime bags car sales people and Baydo was not that way to me. I moved out of Wa since I bought the Mustang from them, but if I was still a resident of Wa state I probably go back and maybe buy another car or truck from them.

They…read moregave me 800 bucks to install a GPS / Backup Camera just because I said I wanted one to my wife. These are all great, but, the real reason why this place will always get my business is the exchange policy that they extended to me. I ended up finding the exact vehicle I was looking for at this lot. Problem was, is that when I had already driven it home, I realized that it was not a 4x4 version of the Tahoe. I had read somewhere incorrectly in a forum online that all LT versions on the Tahoe were 4x4, and this assumption led me to overlook that aspect during the test drive. When it finally dawned on me that there were no controls on the dash and I took a look under the front axle, I promptly looked online for information regarding grace periods or nullifying auto loans. Everything online pointed to "too bad, buddy" and I felt devastated. Next thing I did was visit their website, and saw that they advertise a 48hr exchange policy on all vehicles and it was at that point that I realized I should go buy a lotto ticket. Anyway, I went back to the lot and explained to them the situation, expecting them to be someone hesitant or annoyed or less helpful. It couldn't have been more the opposite. They totally understood my situation, and even tried to share the blame with me (when it was most certainly my fault). It gets better even. I test drove around 5 other vehicles, none of which I was completely happy with. After talking it over with my wife, I decided I didn't want to settle on something else that wasn't exactly what I was looking for. I returned to the salesman to tell him that I would like to either return them the vehicle now (within the 48 hours) and wait for an acceptable exchange to become available, or if that wasn't an option, I would keep the current vehicle and just eat my mistake. He told me this: "Why don't you just keep the vehicle you have now, and I'm pretty sure we can find what you are looking for in a few weeks. Don't worry, this won't cost you anything". I could not be any more pleased with this buying experience. Baydo has gone waaaaaaay beyond my expectations. I would give them 6 stars if I could. The only thing I can do to repay them is spread the word. They can be sure that they will have my business for as long as they are in it.
