Came home today in my third car I have purchased from this dealership. The people in the office are humans caring for humans, they do not look at you like you're just a dollar sign. They have tons of free snacks and drinks in the office, toys and coloring books for kids, and make the process very easy. All three cars I bought from this lot were priced fairly. On the last car I bought here a few years ago, I noticed a major issue with the car a couple months after I purchased it. My experience at 507 Motorsports was great. Robert was awesome and the other guys working there seem to be good people. I bought a Mazda CX5 and even though I know a bit about cars I decided to get a pre purchase inspection at a local shop to make sure everything on the car was working. It wasn't cheap ($237) but it was worth it considering the investment I was about to make. When I brought this up to Robert, he even offered to take it to the shop and pick it up. Some of the negative comments here are just crazy in my opinion. First off, people need to understand that when you buy a used vehicle anything can happen. Even new cars have problems. Second, if you want peace of mind, take it to a professional so they can check the car before purchasing it since it is your right. Third, all used car lots have a "sold as is" policy. If you want to play it safe, do your homework and research the make, year and model to make sure that particular generation wasn't bad. I personally did a week of research and then decided to get take a look. I couldn't be more happy about how everything played out. Hopefully I'll be back next time I need another vehicle. I bought two cars in the last 4 four years. Chevy Aveo, manual, 2009 and VW Tiguan, automatic, 2013. Each was under 100k. The Tiquan was more recent but have not had major problems with either car. Do your homework, ask for the CarFax or look it up yourself. Do the pre-purchase inspection. Each purchase I saved over a $1000 on the out the door price so I keep that in reserve for repairs. I worked with Tyler both times. Good guy. I will write again if the Tiguan has issues. There is a small oil leak probably a gasket. read more

Bought a truck from here in June. First day drove perfect took it home and everything was fine. Second day the wheel bearing started going out, a week after it was the cv axles. Took into the mechanic, turns out I'm leaking oil, transmission fluid and power steering. Also my whole entire front suspension is seeping. They did not disclose none of this before I purchased the vehicle. The warranty they sold me doesn't cover anything that is wrong with the truck. So I paid 1k for nothing really. Between the two, we had to put 5k into them in the first month. They buy these cars at auction. They must have a dishonest mechanic on hand who repairs them just enough to get through a test drive. I purchased a truck then they forgot I was a customer!!!!!!! I came back to the stealer ship today to get 3k they charge to my account without permission!! I was met with a wall of terrible customer service keep in mind I already have made my down payment. And left with the vehicle 2 hrs after the transaction they chargered my card for 3k extra so now they have my money and are playing hard ball and not wanting to take the high road... customer is always wrong here go take you hard earned money else where you will regret doing business here!!!! They act nice enough but give you nothing but a run-around and then after you've jumped through a ton of hoops to get financed, they sell your car to someone else because they can't be bothered to submit the paperwork to your bank for approval. Bet I dodged a bullet too because the car needed a pricey repair that at first, Robert said they would fix. Then Robert said they wouldn't fix it but told me they'd give me my asking price for my trade. Then Ryan made Robert a liar and was firm on $800 less than what I was assured I would be given. We couldn't find a reasonable deal on our hard-to-find vehicle anywhere near Portland, so we drove up to see one at 507 Motorsports. It drove nice, but the pre-purchase inspection we got at JC Auto (507 generously dropped it off and picked it up for us) turned up a few issues, which is not surprising at 150k miles. I did some research, negotiated a lower price, drove it home and are in the process of having the dealer do the work. No surprises. The only complaint I have about 507 is that their email communication wasn't flawless and I had to (GASP) call them to get answers. They are busy folks. For those people giving 507 low ratings, take some responsibility. If you buy a high-mileage vehicle, put on your big boy/girl panties and get it checked out, then negotiate accordingly or walk away. Don't expect ANY dealer to do your homework for you. read more

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE, went in with my dad to look for a truck so we could haul firewood and hay, simple needs and they had a decent selection online. We got there and the first truck we looked at clearly had major issues as the coolant reservoir was full of foreign material and was missing lid, the answer was basically they ordered a lid, then it should not be out running on the line. However, my dad really wanted to drive a truck and so I gave them my drivers license so we could drive the truck, I have purchased well over 30 cars and trucks in my time and my dad was in auto industry for 40 years so we are no stranger to this process. We drove, dad liked it but I told to him to wait for a day to see how he felt about it. He did a credit app with them, he is an adult so his choice but I was out at this point, I received a letter three weeks later about the credit inquiry they did on my credit (soft pull) without asking or telling me. I understand soft pulls can be done and do not impact credit score, but I find it very unethical to say the least that they did this. read more

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE CROOKS!!!!! Only giving them a star because I can't leave a review without giving them atleast one star. These guys are absolutely scam artists and know exactly what they are doing. Our check engine light came on the day we drove it home and a week later the automatic transmission warning light came on and now it's in the shop and we haven't had it more than 2 weeks. They sold it to us omitting information about the title being rebuilt and now we can't insure the car. We paid 8k cash(debit) and they ran my card and charged us before we were even half way through signing papers. We tried to work with them and trade it back for a car with a clean title after calling them for a week with "we'll call you back" and rejecting our calls. So we brought it back and confronted them in person. Mind you, We had put less than 40 miles on the car and had it for a week when we tried to trade it. (And had been calling since the first day we had the car. They said they would give us 4k trade in value and that was all they could do. We had asked them about this exact thing. We asked if they had any guarantees that the car wasn't a lemon and have problems right away. Richard, the salesman said they "have a moral compass here. Tyler was great working worth it, no pressure to buy. Drove my new truck 3 days in a row before purchasing it. No pressure each time, had some issues and concerns. They addressed most issues I pointed out. Was able to make a deal on the truck I was happy with paying. I am a mechanic by trade, I looked this over before buying. There are cars/trucks at 507 that are cheap beaters and priced accordingly, but not much different from what i seen driving down Tacoma way and pac ave. They also have a good selection of nice cars, it's a big used car lot. Do yourself a favor and buy a car from a local reputable dealer who will help you with maintenance if anything goes wrong and actually cares about their customers. 507 are upfront about selling garbage at least. They had nice smiling faces as they screwed me over and sold me a rig with a bunch of stop leak in the cooling system--the head gasket blew up on the drive home from the dealership. The test drive around the dealership was convenient and easy, without having to deal with traffic. Due to its secluded location, it's best to figure out how you'll get the car home, before deciding to go and browse. I bought an 2003 Ford F-150 from 507, changed the air filter and oil, and drove it across the country to NYC two days later. The big advantage of this place is the large selection. You can try a variety of vehicles and pick the best one out of the ones you are interested in. Some are better than others so take your time and find a good vehicle. It's a really relaxed place and an easy car buying experience. Expect to pay pretty close to the advertised price on their better vehicles.
