They have tons of free snacks and drinks in the office, toys and coloring books for kids, and make the process very easy. All three cars I bought from this lot were priced fairly. On the last car I bought here a few years ago, I noticed a major issue with the car a couple months after I purchased it. Even though I knew the contract is 'as-is' I called and asked if they could help me. They offered to purchase the part for me and have it delivered to the shop, at no cost to me, which took a lot of stress out of the situation and saved me tons of money on repairs.

The transmission went out on the September 12th, 2026. We sent and email and a certified letter to them on September 22, 2026 with the law stating they have to fix or refund the money. It is a Washington State that they do so. We paid $1078.00 to have a diagnostic analysis done on the car and it was determined that they transmission had been in this condition for quite a while and that the replacement price would be over $12,000.00. So the certified letter is undeliverable to them. Interesting that the post office has this on their website when I tracked the registered letter. We attempted to deliver your item at 11:21 am on September 25, 2026 in ROY, WA 98580 and a notice was left because no secure delivery location was available. You may arrange redelivery by using the Schedule a Redelivery feature on this page or may pick up the item at the Post Office indicated on the notice beginning September 26, 2026. If this item is unclaimed by October 10, 2026 then it will be returned to sender. No response to the email either. As we did email them the letter as well. They are crooks, Robert I think was his name is a smooth talker and has you do a review of your experience before you drive off the lot. I am beyond upset as this was a car to drive to Alabama for my son to start a new job and now we are just screwed. This rating would be negative 100 stars if that was possible.

Awful customer service once you sign the papers. Actually as you sign the papers (it's digital) the finance woman had me create an account with password on her giant desk-sized keyboard. I figured it was something I would need to access in the future so chose a familiar password. I wish I hadn't because the woman watched my every keystroke like a hawk (can't be discrete on a desk-sized keyboard). I immediately assumed she was watching to ensure my password met the requirements but after a couple seconds it dawned on me she now has the password to my bank login and more...and I had just handed her every bit of person information needed for security checks, short of my thumbprint. Instead of email or print your documents they email you a password secure file. Well I wasn't able to open said zip file to access my necessary documents for registration and tax purposes a few days later. I tried calling. No response. I left a voicemail. No response. I was referred to an email after calling multiple times. No response. It took weeks (no exaggeration, granted I wasn't trying every day) to finally get in touch with someone who got back to me only to insist I go through the financing woman that processed my sale...which is where I started. It was finally through the text notifying my license plates had come in, where I was able to speak to someone that could get me some but not all of my document copies of the sale (was requesting only 2 pertinent documents) I can't imagine if I had to go through this place for actual servicing of my vehicle etc. never want to deal with them again.

The lot was unorthodox and not what I was expecting for a used car dealership. If I were to let apprehension make decisions for me I would have missed a great opportunity to do business with Marius and Justin (I hope I got their names correct). I was greeted in the back of the lot at their office by Marius, who was very warm and friendly. He showed me the car, gave me the keys, and walked away. What a great start. After I inspected the car and found nothing wrong with it I asked him why it was priced so low. He said "People like good deals." After I test drove it, I asked him, "what is the catch?" He simply said, "we have low overhead." Marius seemed genuine and appeared to run a clean and honest business, so he earned my trust. I told him it's sold, and the paperwork was smooth and uncomplicated. I brought our new minivan home to my wife who is elated she now has a car she can tow all 3 kids in, and in luxury that is very high by our standards.
