I have had Abo's on the hill in Boulder and it was quite good. My most recent experience was not nearly as good. The pizza looked terrible. The presentation was pathetic. It looked like some sorry domino's pizza that had been sitting around for hours. I had asked for light cheese and extra sauce. There certainly was no extra sauce on it. It looked like crust with a meager dusting of sauce and cheese. I did get a little extra sauce on the side. The sauce wasn't bad. The crust was too hard and all in all, NOT worth the money I spent on it. Good luck if you order from there. read more

The pizzas are very good it's unfortunate that the groupon voucher isn't applicable for delivery because they have a delivery driver named Brad that is awesome! I like to ask for him specifically. The desserts are very good too. If you're in Broomfield or close by I would definitely try them out. read more

Abo's has very good NY style pizza. It's much better then any of the nation wide chain resturants. The resturants are mostly family style. There is one in Erie that also has a small pub in it that serves beer. They have good Groupon and coupon deals. read more

The pizza is okay, and the owner is a nice guy. But this place needs to be redone. The seats are so worn out. Certain tables you actually sit in a hole that gets worst every year. And a quick tip wipe the dead flies and bugs off the window sill occasionally. We stopped going there because of all the dead insects. Very, very, very disappointed in this pizza shop. The last three times they were late ... on the phone "45 minutes or less" ... arrived 90 minutes later. I will NEVER order a pizza from them again. I would recommend the Original Pizza on Midway in Broomfield. read more

Personally, I'm not too impressed with Abos, I only get it because my partner likes it, so I compromise. Not impressed with their delivery either....it's hit and miss. Called in for delivery today and I got placed on hold for 5 minutes and got hung up on (that should have been a sign to order pizza elsewhere). An hour later, still no pizza. Called back, got placed on hold again......I hung up and called back....was told the delivery guy just left....an hour and 15 minutes later my pizza shows up. read more

I think Abos is great. I eat at the one in Boulder almost every day. My family and I eat at this one in Broomfield regularly. It's classic New York style thin crust pizza. You can order by the slice or get a whole pie. The slices are huge by the way. read more

Probably some of the best pizza in the area. New York style with a good crust that's not soggy (the pizza slice can just about support itself, which is perfect). Haven't dined in yet, just takeout. The pie is a little expensive, but I think it's worth it. read more

I'll start by saying the pizza was good once we finally got it. When we walked in the restaurant was empty. We placed our order & sat down & everything seemed good. As soon as we sat down the lunch rush from the local high school hit & there was a line out the door. As we continued to wait & all the other patrons got through the line, we noticed all of these customers began receiving their orders. About 15 mins later, as those same customers were starting to leave, the woman who took our order came to our table & asked us again what we ordered. They never even started out pizza. So our wait continued. It was another 20 mins at least (by now we had waited about 40 mins) before our pizza finally arrived. In all this time never did anyone come by to apologize for the mistake or offer us a free soda or anything else for the long wait. The pizza was good, but I won't go back based on the service & the lack of caring. read more
