Pizza is good, anything else is mediocre. Customer service is where they fail. We've had 2 really bad experiences with the manager there. She's mean and rude and has zero customer service skills. She was not only rude to us, but she was also extremely mean to her employees, yelling at them in a demeaning way in front of the customers (it was busy). We brought the pizza back to a group with 20 other couples who heard about our experience, so there are now 40 people that will not be supporting this business any longer. Pizza is good but the old male owner isn't. (Guessing he's the owner). Came in for lunch today 6/11/26, ordered two slices of pizza. I was needing to wash my hands, so I looked for a sign that said bathroom, which I found one hanging from the ceiling. The sign looked to go around the corner. So I went back and there was a door so I opened it and tried to find the light. 15-20 seconds later I turn around the old man holding a large kitchen knife! At this point I asked if this was the bathroom. The man didn't say anything... just pointed the knife to the front. I walked to the front and I asked the women where the bathroom was. She pointed in the complete opposite direction of where the sign pointed. VERY, VERY misleading! Customer service and appreciation is none Keep in mind, I do not look intimidating at all. Dressed very nicely. I was just on my lunch break. There is no reason to threaten me with a weapon. I will never darken their doorstep again. Nice little spot with a patio in a rather quiet area. I wanted to get an idea of the menu before arriving, but for whatever reason, their menu can't be properly viewed using Google Chrome. I enjoyed the NY style pizza, but was surprised that they only offer whole pies which will start at around $17 without toppings. It's probably the first NY style place that I've ever been to that didn't offer pizza by the slice, so be warned if that's what you're after. However, since I wasn't alone, I went in a whole pie with someone else. It was quite tasty and gooey and everything you'd expect from a NY style pizza. 3.5 stars and let me tell you why. Overall, I like their pizza. Coming from NJ where NY style pizza was abundant, it's challenging to find a spot nearby that hits the mark in every category - cheese (amount & taste), sauce, crust, toppings, etc. I want to give their pizza more stars, but the issue is consistency. We've had some really damn good pies from here and others were less than mediocre. Let's start with the cheese: great taste, but oftentimes there's just not enough so we started asking for extra cheese. The sauce is very good and has a nice tang (not overly sweet and good saltiness). My biggest issue is with the dough/crust. Sometimes it's really nice - crispy, yet not dry. Other times the whole crust completely detaches from the rest of the slice when you pick it up as is they're made separately and held together by a small bridge of cheese. Other times, it's soggy and has serious floppage. It sometimes has good flavor (salty, buttery taste) and others it tastes like maybe the dough isn't as fresh? It tastes dried out and relying on toppings to flavor it. Aside from pizza we've only ever gotten the garlic sticks which are flavorful so I can't speak to their meals. Would love if they delivered. It's one of those don't feel like thinking, let's pick up an easy pie type of joints. It does the job, but is it the best pizza ever? Not quite. If they were more consistent I'd order here weekly, but it's the gamble of "will it be a good one today?" that makes me second guess having them be our #1 local pizza place. read more

I unfortunately haven't had very good experiences here. The most recent time I went, they told me the wait would be for an hour and I ended up waiting two hours. Which can forgiven since they were understandably very busy. However, while I was there I noticed one of the guys (who I think was in charge - not sure if owner or manager) yelled very rudely at the women working there. It was kind of shocking the way he talked to them in front of customers. I think that's my biggest complaint. Lastly, and not that bad but definitely annoying is that this place tends to not get my order correct. They've been fine in the past when I've mentioned it. Granted I'll usually order a specialty pizza with a couple things changed, which might be a weird order, but it would be nice to not have to worry if it's going to be correct. read more

I have seen a lot of negative reviews of this place because of the "attitude" of the people working there. I have never experienced that. Maybe people are upset that they don't do delivery but I always pick up from places anyway so I'm not bothered by it. If you want a big, New York style, good crust pizza. This place is your go to.
