You just go onto their website and select the type of massage or experience you are looking for. You can choose a specific person or any, and pick your time. They do book up, however, I was lucky and made an appointment the day before. If you are looking for specific times though, I would try to go at least a week, sometimes two weeks in advance. When you arrive, you walk right into their waiting room which is very calming. Their are signs that tell you to silence your phone, and wait for someone to come grab you. Once you go back, there are multiple rooms. The rooms themselves are also very calming and they have heated tables for your massage. They ask you various questions about pressure, any allergies, types of scents, etc and then they get right into it. Overall, this was everything I needed and more. I love how close it is to my house, the ease of booking, and how comfortable they make you feel. Lovely experience and I have already not only made my husband an appointment but booked mine for next month!

They sent me messages but I don't eat and breathe my cell phone and it sits inside when I'm out in the garden. I'm 75 years old. And it's an effort to transport myself there... to be shunned in my opinion cold heartedly. They told me I hadn't filled out my paperwork online. I filled out 7 of 10 pages. I found this out when I returned to the car after they told me they would not see me. While in the office they told me I hadn't filled out my paperwork and led me to believe that it was all deleted and I told him that that's not the case and they said we don't have it. Well in the car I looked up their website with my username and password and found that I had filled it out but three pages were missing in the end. Instead of acting mature about it they had to get their last digs in when confronted with this, and THAT IS the kind of people they are. Close minded! It would have taken me five minutes to finish that paperwork and I know that because I had already completed it once. They sacrificed a 75 minute appointment authorized by the Veterans Administration to treat me, Vietnam vet for back pain for 4ea surgeries later as a result of injuries in Vietnam. Seems like they didn't have any records from the VAMC either and they themselves were unprepared. I don't make a lot of comments like this but I will say that in my opinion for my review that the two people I interfaced with when I got there were very immature and very staunch women. It was their way or the highway! Not very open minded. Kind of stupid to give up a 75 minute reimbursement which is probably a little lucrative for them and that was just the first visit which was comprehensive let alone any others they're gonna lose now! I don't think I trust them enough to go back so I found somebody else. 'Poof', be gone! Rude. There's a couple places around one in Scott's Hill and another one that does acupuncture and I would suggest calling them and making them your first choice. Diagnosing or making predictions about someone's health, especially in such a serious and personal way, is entirely out of bounds and unethical for any spa professional. I left shaken and upset, and I would not recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a safe and respectful environment.

Instead, I was assured that Tran was able to do pink-and-white acrylic ombré and they moved me to his station. My service finally started 15 minutes late. During the appointment, Tran seemed highly distracted, constantly looking around while actively using the e-file on my nails. As he applied the acrylic, it became increasingly obvious he was unfamiliar with the ombré technique. I would have been perfectly fine with a solid color if the salon had just been honest upfront. I sat for the next hour and tried to be patient--I know that I was not successful, but it was a frustrating process. The kind nail tech at the table nearby could tell I was increasingly unhappy. One and a half hours into my appointment she overheard me saying that I had a car appointment because I had not anticipated my nail fill to take well over an hour. She kindly offered to fix it if I came back. Unfortunately, I didn't have the time because I had to pick up my vehicle and immediately leave town. I truly hope this was just an off day for the team, but I am forced to leave with my nails with what can NOT be described as ombré, thick acrylic near the nail base, and overly thinned out nail tips. To make matters worse, one of the nails already broke afternoon I had them done just from running my fingers through my hair. That simply should not happen.
