It is noticeably asymmetrical, not at all what I asked for, and he was extremely rude when I approached him about it. He claimed it was "still swollen" at first and to wait for swelling to go down for it to look better. Then, after a few months, it still looked the same. I went back and said I was still unhappy that it is asymmetrical and that it doesn't look good, and he gave me an attitude and said "well nobody has a perfect nose!!!" Excuse me? I spent nearly 13k on this nose. IT SHOULD BE PERFECT!!!!!!!! 3 years later it still looks the same by the way. It had nothing to do with "swelling". He offered to revise it to "fix it" but I absolutely did not trust him at all so I did not accept the offer. I'm hoping to save up and afford a revision with someone else in the future. Also, still to this day, 3 years later, my nose feels very sensitive to the touch and as if it hasn't completely healed.... (That's not normal!) im oftentimes worried what the inside of my nose actually looks like and if there's issues internally that I can't even see. My surgery went hoursssss passed what it was supposed to - and they told my mom, who was waiting, that "they couldn't fuse my bones back together" and that there was an issue but claimed everything was fine and good and blah blah blah. I took his word until I began the healing process. I wonder what actually happened while I was under. Why did it take an extra like 2-3 hours? What did you do wrong to me that I don't even know about? Explains why my bones on either side don't match at ALL. I feel bad for leaving a negative review but this is MEDICAL and life ruining and damaging. It took me a year to accept my new nose and negatively impacted my self esteem SO much. Luckily I've reached acceptance at this point and hope to change it in the future. Look elsewhere!!!!

Patiently answered mine and my husbands questions and talked me through as far as what to expect with doing botox in my forehead and upper lip I believe it's called smokers lines (not a smoker) My biggest thing was I wanted to look like me. I'm a scaredy cat when it comes to injections, but luckily Jawas there to squeeze my hand throughout. I'm very satisfied with my results. I have my next appointment and I am so happy I did it. No more than 5 minutes later, my facial woman texted me that he would be seeing clients at her office that evening and if I wanted an appt, not knowing he just told me he was unavailable for the day due to family. I was due for a touch up, so I agreed to see him at her office instead. We discussed my areas of concern only prior, he decided I needed a few more spots for filler as well. He never showed me the products he used or amounts, nor did he ask if a using a SECOND syringe was ok. Also, have NEVER needed two syringes for the little tweaks I get. He literally does what ever he wants with how ever much product he wants. I asked for two things ..filler in middle of bottom lip for correction and eyebrow raise. He did neither. At the end he gave me a whopping bill for usage that was never Ok'd. When I followed up with him, he was arrogant and defensive and merely spoke about how long he's been "doing this". Also spoke about the importance of Trust, mind you we started the appt with him being dishonest. I told him I have NEVER had anyone use as much as they want without asking my budget, or even show me the products used to prove it! He said the placement of the chair and counter makes that impossible! He apparently thinks everyone has deep pockets and does whatever he wants, and then surprises you at the end. I have been a patient of theirs for many years now, only for the annual dreaded Pap smear. Their staff when they were at St. Catherine's Hospital was much better and nicer. Although I always had to make sure iBooks the very first appointment in the morning in order to be seen within a reasonable amount of time because they usually are always backed up. BUT LET ME TELL YOU. My last experience ---and I do mean last--- was this last week when I was supposed to have my ParaGard put in. I have never in my entire life been treated with more disrespect and disregard of my time and feelings. I have never been treated by doctors office with such misleading information and lack of communication. It took me three months to get into the office to be able to have my ParaGard inserted. And each time I would spend 30 minutes on the phone with a useless receptionist who could never answer any of my questions and became so flustered with trying to sync my schedule up with theirs that she became rude and irritated with me. There is absolutely zero communication between the people working at the front desk the nurses and the doctors. AND THE MOST UNBELIEVABLE part. After finally finding a time for my third appointment for this procedure was made on a Monday night at 7:30. And for those of you who don't know what the procedure for putting in IUD you have to have prep and take special medication that helps dilate you in order to have it put in. Normally they say a lot of people don't have a reaction to the medication but I unfortunately did and I felt like I was having a minor baby for the entire day leading up to the procedure. THEY CALLED AND LEFT A MESSAGE ON MY HOUSE PHONE AT FIVE IN THE EVENING TO LET ME KNOW THAT THEY WERE GOING TO CANCEL THE APPOINTMENT. I'LL MAKE THE REST OF THE STORY SHORT I REFUSED TO HAVE THEM CANCEL ON ME AND TOLD THEM THAT THEY NEEDED TO FIND SOMEBODY ELSE TO DO WITH THAT NIGHT BECAUSE I'VE BEEN WAITING THREE MONTHS AND I PREPPED FOR PROCEDURE AND IT WAS UNACCEPTABLE THAT THEY COULD CANCEL A PROCEDURE. They told me to come in the next morning which I had to take off work for. And when I went in after 45 minutes of waiting in the waiting room even though I was the first appointment the doctor who canceled on me the night before looked baffled as to why they would allow me to come in without having taken the prep all over again. Ultimately I wasn't able to get the procedure done because of miscommunication on their end and because of being ill treated I will never be a patient there again. I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE AND SO MISGUIDED AND MISLED AND FRUSTRATED WITH THE DOCTORS OFFICE SO THAT IS WHY I FEEL SO COMPELLED TO WRITE SUCH A STRONG REVIEW.
