She was present, knowledgeable, fully engaged in the consultation discussion and what I found incredible... she was VERY comfortable and transparent talking about money! $$$ People who have a healthy relationship with money have no issues discussing it opening - and she did. No arrogance, no ego, not afraid to just state the expense without hesitation. So many people do not understand how important this is. Because she was so open that allowed us to plan potential future treatments, explore possible options and generally have a great experience - without pressure or confusion. Madi was a pro. She rocks not only her profession, but the whole customer experience.

They don't take accountability; there is no apology; there is no effort to make it right. Instead, they tried to say it happened a while ago (it happened about a year ago) and that I lied. I did not. As I mentioned in my first review, I received a PARTIAL refund. I am still out of pocket $1,200 for services I was unable to use. I would have been happy to move that money to facials or something else, but they refused and only offered the laser treatment. There are a lot of med spas out there. My recommendation is to check out another place.
