2 Stars: Went Downhill Fast After Ownership Change I used to really enjoy this skincare spa. My first two visits were great and made me think I had found a go-to spot. Unfortunately, things quickly changed for the worse. After new ownership took over, everything started to slip. The prices went up, the scheduling became a mess, and the overall energy of the place just felt off. What used to feel welcoming and professional now feels disorganized and rushed. It is frustrating to watch a good place lose its touch. I would not recommend this spa anymore. There are much better options out there. Avoid this one. read more

I don't have anything negative to say because I got the promo via IG,booked,showed up on time and I was accommodated as soon as I stepped in. First was the skin analysis,the treatment and then the marketing begins. They're not pushy,mind you, but because I saw the huge improvement after the treatment,I was determined to get a package. The sales person was extremely aggressive, lied about the products (I've discovered in hindsight), with deceptive sales practices. Over priced products with no scientific backing. The place is amazing the staff are very friendly and informative. Care and really listen to what customer needs and the outcome of my skin was phenomenal amazing. My aesthetician Alexis is such a sweetheart. Erika and the owner made me feel welcome. My slight sunburn prior my visit went away like a miracle, their products it self sales the value is way reasonable to what you are getting and the outcome is worth the penny. I booked my facial about a week ago when I got there they didn't have me on record. Second they took me in and my facial was maybe 25 minutes. My skin did not feel rejuvenated or anything. I could've done what they did at home and not spent $200. And after the facial, they still had the decency to try to sell me a package for $2700. I would definitely not be back. read more

Great facials - but a pushy sales team. Every time I go, they try to sell me on something else. I tried to buy basic introductory gift cards last month, but "they didn't have any". Worst customer service, questionable sales tactics. I initially booked a jaw line lift/facial at a discounted price through Instagram. During my first visit without really telling me what they were doing, proceeded to take pictures of my face with a fancy camera only to tell me that my skin was in horrible condition and that the "cameras" assessment of my skin was that I looked way older than I actually am (way to crush a woman's self esteem to sell your product! And by the way I have better skin than the staff working there, that's all I'll say about that) Had the facial. Then one of their sales reps literally pressured me into purchasing a 2 facial package for over $400 (this was discounted at 50%), he said "I'll even add one free facial to make it 3". I say pressured because I literally said "no thank you" multiple times. ( I'm sure the response from them to this will be "clients are free to decline our services") It took me several calls and text messages with them to schedule the next facial, their response times are horrible. The next visit went somewhat the same, after the facial they tried to sell me a device and yet another facial package worth over $4000. During this conversation, the sales rep tells me "I want you to login to Whatever account you're going to use to finance this and tell me how much you qualify for". Excuse me!!! I had to stop her right there and tell her that I was not going to be purchasing anything else from them. The whole experience with them has been so uncomfortable that I even considered not going in for the remainder facials. Two months later, I finally managed to schedule the second facial, once again, I was offered another package, which of course I turn down. They let me know that I had no further appointments. I respond that I should have one more facial left since I was offered a free one when I initially purchased my package. Apparently, there was no notation on my file of the free facial that was offered to me when I purchased the initial package. At this point, I said, OK not a problem. I definitely do not want to come back. I don't want to have any more uncomfortable interactions with them. From what I gather, reading all the other reviews, they Operate in the same manner with everyone that walks into the door. That is very unfortunate because they do have some wonderful aestheticians that know what they're doing. I will never set foot in this establishment again and I will be leaving this review in as many places as i can. Oh and take the positive reviews with a grain of salt, they offer you a free product on your first visit in exchange for a good review and It is no coincidence that the image I've uploaded is the first thing you see when you open this page. read more

First time here on a promo appointment, was greeted immediately and given a form to fill out . They offered Champagne but I politely refused and said yes to water. First they take you through face analysis which looks at your skin and tell you how bad it is and what is your skin year for me it was poor so they tell you how you can improve by signing up for treatments with them over a period of time. Then the facials my aesthetician was very talkative I wished for a good nap while facial but I could not because she kept showing me ' look your white head how big this is! I will take care of this for you' and so on so forth she kept talking non stop. I was politely responding 'uh-ha'. Post that they will do the sales pitch which is way over my budget. My face felt clean after the facials have 2 or 3 marks from the extraction which I hope will fade overtime. I will consider doing facial if there are promos available anytime in future and with other aesthetician to have a better experience. Restroom is available, plenty parking on the street. Post facial update : whitehead removals caused black spot on my face. Waited more than 3 days it is getting worse. It's disappointing that with 10 years of experience she failed to do justice. Not happy with service. Will not recommend this to anyone. read more

Christine, Courtney, Erica and Tamir have already made a great positive impact on me. They are so committed to me being at my best. I have gotten a new zest and commitment to myself. It's so great to get past my resignation. THANK U. We spend thousands of dollars every year on our beauty this in my opinion is a far better investment. The whole experience was horrible for me. A waste of my day off and money. It was the worst facial I have ever had. The aesthetician did not know what she was doing but a nice person. She wore large gloves which dropped water all over my face, neck and back the whole time she gave me the facial. In a bowl of still water which was from my face but that was dirty water after she took off my make-up. SO GROSS! All they wanted is to up sale me on products, the red light device and an 8 month series of facials totaling $20,000 but "today only" it will be $12,000. The manager became mad at me for not buying anything and barked at me when I asked for my total for my service. Beware of the pushy sales people and the lack of knowledge of the services. read more
