The unit now has to be removed and replaced with the correct model. The service supervisor initially offered a $200 refund, but I was later contacted by the owner and told that their policy is not to offer any concessions to customers. While the company is replacing the unit, the amount of time, hassle, and frustration involved -- especially at this price point -- was not worth it. I would not recommend this company.
