We had three other plumbers out to try to resolve the issue and they always just passed the buck ("you'll have to call someone else") or suggested replacing and entire shower stack ($2k+). Bore's was able to fit me in earlier than scheduled due to a cancellation, and used actual common sense to identify the issue, which was much easier to resolve than previously thought. The apprentice plumber called in to the master plumber Michael (who I believe is also the owner?), who was able to come out same-day (!!), confirm the solution, and call in the right tech. Then he waited around for an extra hour to make sure the tech did the job correctly, put everything back as it was before (access panel, etc.) and even rinsed down the tub (which had accumulated significant grime during all the troubleshooting). Michael was very informative about how to prevent further issues. And the charges were well below what we anticipated we would need to spend, thanks to their aptitude and careful consideration. Wonderful experience, from scheduling to finish.

Bradley Plumbing was the first to return our call quickly and was able to come same day. The owner that calls back is straight to the point and just needs to know what the issue is and where they need to go. Not much for small talk, but that is A-OK! The two workers that came out were laid back and explained everything they were doing the whole way. The one worker had to army crawl under our modular home, which was leaking water, and was beyond professional even though he was clearly very cold and wet. Our bathtub faucet developed a persistent drip so I called Bradley Plumbing yesterday afternoon. They were here this morning and fixed our Delta faucet (which is a brand they also happen to specialize in). The gentleman who did the repairs even took the time to explain how the Delta brand faucets work and that the cartridge should actually be replaced every four years (ours was ten). We were very pleased with their service!
