They set the appointment date and gave us a time frame 10-2, date and the name and phone number of the technician. At 1:50 when we didn't hear from them we called to confirm our appointment and they said they had no record of an appointment and they were done for the day (we waited an entire week for the appointment). The guy on the phone was not apologetic and said if we didn't receive a text we didn't have an appointment. When asked if he could check on the status of our part he said they had left for the day (1:50 on a Friday). Terrible customer service.
