Very disappointing experience…read more I paid about $170 for the first repair for an E:23 error. The technician reattached the hose and assured me that the repair was covered by a warranty. Shortly afterward, the same hose became disconnected again and the washer started leaking water. Now I'm being told that I need to pay another $215 for a connector and installation to prevent the hose from disconnecting again. If the technician already knew during the first visit that a connector was needed to properly and permanently fix the problem, why wasn't I given the option to have it installed then as part of a complete repair? Instead, I paid $170 for a temporary fix, was told it had a warranty, and now I'm being asked to pay even more for a second visit. I would have much preferred an honest, upfront price for a complete repair from the beginning rather than paying twice for the same underlying issue.

Antoine tried to fix it, but realized that he needed a part that had to be shipped from the manufacturer. A week went by and we heard nothing from him. When I called him, he said that the part was mailed to us but was returned to the manufacturer because our address was incorrect. He said that he was going to have them send the part to him. Our broken dishwasher is sitting in the living room. Then he showed up to our establishment with a "loaner" dishwasher that is smaller than the one that needed fixing. I paid him for the job anyway. I called him the next week and he claimed that his van broke down and he would get to us when he had a working vehicle. Two weeks ago he said that he received the part and would come and fix our dishwasher. It is now February 14th and he is not returning my calls. This is a travesty. I would not recommend using this company ever!!

He had to leave in the middle of the job because he had a court appearance to pay a parking ticket. He came back and tried to finish the job but realised he needed additional supplies, but, by this time (thanks to his disappearance in the middle of the day) the stores had closed. The job dragged over to the next day when he came back with needed supplies and apparently "finished" installing my new compressor. The only problem was, my fridge was NOT cooling! I could see the fans running but it was room temperature air at best. So then he told me that it takes 2 hours for it to start cooling, all while he was packing his tools. He wanted me to pay him for the job and I denied, but after a little haggling I agreed to pay him 50% with the promise that he would return if the fridge didn't get cold. The fridge never cooled and obviously he never picked up my calls after leaving that door. Lesson learned, never pay unless the job is 100% done.
