DETAILS: We had a disaster with our large, built-in bathroom vanity. Shampoo had spilled and wasn't discovered for months, causing extensive damage to 5 components: a large supporting vertical piece, the supporting bottom piece running the entire width of the vanity, a cabinet door, a drawer cover, and the drawer. I called numerous woodworkers, handymen, specializing in wood, cabinet makers, and cabinet companies. Most suggested cutting out pieces, patch-ups and coverups. Those that had a well-known reputation were concerned about the vanity's structural integrity. One suggested adding another bottom support, which would have completely changed the look and feel. An extremely reputable cabinet company told us they wouldn't even try because they weren't confident that they could remove the supporting vertical piece. THEN WE FOUND KEVIN. He didn't patch it. He didn't coverup damage. He didn't change the design. He restored it. In my opinion, Kevin is a true craftsman and artist, and probably a one-and-only. He told me his grandfather taught him the trade beginning when he was a young boy. His skill, patience, and attention to detail are extraordinary. Look at the photos. They tell the story. You will see what Kevin was up against. and that he gave us back our disaster as good as when we had it custom built almost 20 years ago (and better than prior to the damage).

Thank you for your offer to redo the work, but when I expressed concerns after your initial repair, that would have been the time to discuss alternative approaches. At the time you left me with that was just the way it was because of the way light is refracted. I tried to ignore it but it leaps out at you every time you walk by. It is much worse than it was before and 4 times larger. I hired another company to come out and see what they could do. Although their repair still isn't perfect, it is significantly less noticeable. At this point, I don't feel confident that another attempt would achieve the results I would like.

After about 2 to 3 weeks, he was ready to bring her back and we were extremely flabbergasted at how gorgeous she had turned out. When you have a piece of furniture so long and it looks so worn, it's hard to imagine what it could look like beautified. I am attaching before and after pics to show what wonderful work they did, which included completely stripping her, which Stan said was VERY labor-intensive. 9-15-26 I am very upset with the job done by Dasani owner David Garcia on 9-10-26. He glazed over…read morea large bubble which he says was already present. He even took a "before" photo and circled the bubble (below left) which he told me yesterday was to "protect himself." He never notified us about the problem or sent his photo until after we texted him regarding the bubble (right photo). The condo was recently purchased and not yet moved in. Before Dasani arrived, no bubble was observed in the shower enclosure and our home inspector did not notice it. Even if it was pre-existing, why would any contractor ignore it? We were told to leave the condo during the day due to strong odors. Supposedly, David performed hours of prep including cleaning, sanding, scraping, applying acetone, etc. OVER the bubble as if that would be acceptable to the homeowner. He admitted he did not bother to call us when he saw the bubble. Meanwhile, we paid as soon as the job was completed. We did not ener the condo to see the work until 48 hours later. As a result, we wasted $885 which David refuses to refund. Incredibly, he told me he would charge another $420 to return and fix the problem. He said he did not care about negative reviews in Yelp. I now see that he responds to critical reviews by blaming the customer. All the positive reviews mean nothing when a company does something like this. It will cost me a lot more money and aggravation to get a competent contractor because Dasani literally glossed over a problem.

Finding someone to repair a fiberglass/plastic water slide turned out to be much harder than I expected. I reached out on Yelp, Angi, and Thumbtack looking for anyone who could help. Most companies told me "no" or weren't interested in taking on the job. Then came Tub Pros, who were one of the only companies willing to say "yes." Jonathan arrived promptly at 9:00 AM, exactly as scheduled. He assessed the damage and spent about two hours repairing the slide. When he was finished, I was amazed. The slide looked as good as new, and you could hardly tell there had ever been a crack. Not only was Jonathan highly skilled and professional, but he was also incredibly friendly and patient with my dogs, who spent much of the visit barking their heads off.
