The air pressure was terrible in some rooms (hardly getting air) and we were told by Wall to Wall Construction that perhaps we should cap some ducts to force more air into the other rooms. We got another opinion, only to find out that the ducts were installed wrong, there were multiple tears in the duct from the installation, and it was not even to code. Their customer service was done in a way that we could not reach to an agreement to repair the ducts, etc. Because of this, we did not hire Wall to Wall Construction to complete the rest of our projects. We recommend Wall to Wall Construction to stick to what they do well (apparently projects like Kitchen reno). Very disappointed.

I gave a lot of grace in the beginning due to time constraints that were outside of the company, but soon started to see that the GC was the problem. I was told the project was going to take 3-months - it took about 8 months to complete and I'm still waiting on some items. A lot of work had to be redone due to it being installed improperly or sloppy work. I expressed how I wanted things to go and the contractor did their own thing. I issued the last check with the impression that they would come back to fix my shower because on the best day the water is hot for maximum of 2 minutes and cold after that . I haven't heard from the contractor in months. I've called, emailed, spoken to the assistant that said they would call back but haven't. I would not recommend this company at all. They lack customer service and follow thru, the work has been subpar and it's a struggle finding someone with good work ethic and integrity
