I pulled off some of the gutter guards and found the downspout completely clogged and the gutter filled with water an hour after the rain had stopped. I got up on a tall ladder and found the company had not installed any gutter guards on the gutters that couldn't be seen from the ground, despite having charged me for them. When I contacted the company, they said they would send someone out to address the issue. They gave several dates when they might come, but after a week and a half of beautiful weather, all those dates had passed with no explanation from the company for why they hadn't come. When I contacted them again, I was told that, weather permitting, the soonest they would show was in another 5 days. When I said that was unacceptable, I was laughed at.
