Outstanding experience from start to finish - truly white-glove service…read more We had our roof replaced, fascia repaired, and several window screens fixed after hail damage, and I honestly cannot say enough good things about this company. From beginning to end, the experience was exceptional. Our project manager, Carlos, was hands down the best contractor experience I've ever had. He was incredibly communicative, honest, and patient, and consistently set clear and realistic expectations. I'm someone who likes to understand all the details to make sure we're making the right decisions, and Carlos took the time to walk me through every option in an educational, pressure-free way. He never came across as "salesy" or tried to push unnecessary work--just professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. What truly set Carlos apart was how he handled our insurance company. Our claim was initially declined based on information that was clearly inaccurate. Carlos didn't brush it off or leave us to figure it out ourselves--he went above and beyond to do the proper due diligence, took the right photos, documented everything thoroughly, and patiently worked with our insurance company to prove his case. Because of his persistence and attention to detail, our insurance company ultimately approved the roof replacement. That level of advocacy is rare and incredibly appreciated. Throughout the entire process, Carlos communicated proactively, showed immense patience, and delivered true white-glove service. I honestly can't remember a better experience I've ever had with a contractor. The owner, Geoffery, was also a pleasure to work with--professional, accommodating, and very clear and concise in explaining how everything would be handled, which gave us a lot of confidence in the process. We were referred to this company by a friend, and without hesitation, we will now be referring them to our own friends and family. If you're looking for a roofing company that delivers excellent workmanship, honest guidance, outstanding communication, and zero high-pressure sales tactics, this is the company to choose. They truly get the job done right.

I thought it was weird Rex Roofing was interested in the job I initiated as a Yelp Project because…read moreI haven't seen anything remotely resembling my 1200sqft 1970 ranch house on their website or socials, and I'm in Longmont while they're based in Castle Rock. Stay far away from them if you're not in a reasonable service area. They are an insurance claim chaser company and will step all over you to get at your payout. They sent different people out to inspect and provide quotes (gutter and soffits/fascia was the scope requested). I did not ask for a roof assessment but the gutter guy thought it might be eligible for an insurance replacement, so I said sure send the guy on out and let's see what happens. That's where it got really.... interesting. My first appointment was for a Friday. I asked for a specific time so I could manage my work schedule around the inspection. A time was agreed upon. Nobody showed up. I had to initiate contact to find out that they would not be coming that day due to the time/distance. We rescheduled and on the rescheduled date, I reached out early to confirm the time and was told the inspector would be 30min late. I readjusted my work calendar and was notified it would be an additional 15min. This turned out to very much work in my favor. The inspection was very thorough and took about 1.5hr. At the conclusion of the inspection I was told they can convince the insurance company to replace the roof. They showed me what ended up being a contract, but was not presented as such explicitly by name. I was asked to sign before they revealed the "fine print" on the back page - which involved having the insurance company sign the check over to Rex Roofing rather than me (I have USAA). This didn't sit well after discussing with several people and reviewing the fine print. I voided the contract within the 72 hour grace period so I can get a second opinion, gather additional quotes, and control my own insurance payout (if that happens). Instead of responding to me to confirm they received my email (always document in writing! With time stamps!) they forwarded it to the inspector who started texting me asking to "resolve" the situation. I explained, as I had in the email, that I would be taking my insurance payout myself and I requested a "cash price" quote from them. I was then told there was no way my insurance company would approve it without the inspector present, a number of wild assumptions and insinuations were made, and I was essentially berated by text by the salesman for exercising a legal right to void the contract. I had to block his number because he would not stop texting me to mansplain how I had no idea what I was doing as a homeowner and he was the only person who could convince my insurance adjuster to cover the roof. Turns out he was right - they talked me into opening a claim, the adjuster said the roof is perfectly fine and they would replace only one portion of one downspout that had hail damage. I can't tell you how the "value" of this company compares to others because they said they would do the work "for a price agreed upon with the insurance company" without providing a scope of work or any numbers of any kind in writing - so I guess they're not really interested in much besides doing the job for as much as they can squeeze out of the insurance company. I might not have made a USAA claim myself but everyone else in my family has.

My wife Megan Lewis Jenson and I met George back at Orangetheory Fitness. He was the trainer everyone raved about. Fast forward a bit, and I got to help George and his wife Emilee Quijano buy their first home in Parker. Their family was growing, and George moved from personal training into construction and residential roofing to better support them and help folks with their homes. George and Emilee are all about Parker. They've got a fantastic family, including a son in the Marines, and they're running a solid Christian-based business. George's company, Roof Ready LLC - A Parker Colorado Roofing Company. is making waves in Parker. They've done 80 roofs this year alone, a lot in Stonegate and Sierra Ridge, and helped 10 of my contacts. Everyone online is giving them 5-star shoutouts. George and Emilee have a couple of crews, each with about nine people, and they're covered with $2 million in liability insurance and full workman's comp, so there's no stress for their clients. George is a wizard with insurance stuff. Denied claims, underpayments, any questions - he's got it covered. He's not just a roofer; he's like your all-in-one roofing guru. While George isn't the only roofer I recommend, he's definitely one of my top picks, especially in Parker and Douglas County. Need a roof fix, a free, fast inspection or certification before selling your house, or just want to ensure everything's cool up there? Give George a call. And hey, drop my name - it'll give him another reason to thank me!
