Although A-Best wasn't able to come out that day on such short notice, they did arrive early the next morning ready to work. With a device, they probed all over our entire home to ensure wherever there was moisture detected, would be quickly dealt with to avoid mold and deterioration. Since buying our home last November, we had new carpets installed and it was hard to watch A-Best slicing it in segments to slip these high-powered fans underneath. They assured us that when the job was complete, it will look like nothing ever happened. I was skeptical, but took their word for it. After four days, A-Best came to retrieve their fans and dehumidifiers to start the process of putting the carpets back together, but there was one area that gave them a bit of trouble. Lacking a certain tool needed, they promised to come back the next day. Ramon did such a great job finalizing the repair and also vacuumed and steam cleaned the carpet back to its former glory.
