Awful! Do not use unless you want to get ripped off…read more 1. The diagnosed out pool system 3 times, each one an expensive repairs. On the third time I got suspicious as our pool isn't old and has always had weekly maintenance. We hired an independent pool repair company to come out and they said there was nothing wrong. Meanwhile Pool Poopers let our pool turn green for weeks because we didn't immediately have them repair it. 2. They were asked repeatedly to not leave the pool inflatables out as they will burn the turf. In the three months we had them they left them out 4 times. 3. They are the type of jerks who park across your driveway, blocking bays, when they service your pool. Beware!

I did like the service at the start, even got up at 8 am in the freezing cold to treat my aging pool guy with mulled wine and a hot saffron bun in December when it was cold out because I liked him, he was great, punctual, and knew his stuff. Now, service has gotten sloppy, delayed, my guy who knew his stuff is gone, new guys are nice enough but showed up at random times and on different days. And the price has gone up. Throughout the year, the pool guys sold us new things for the pool, like a timer with a winter temperature check, a pressure valve, a little thing here... a little thing there. Once they installed that timer, it burned out because the electric couldn't handle it? So now we had a big electricity bill and had to fix that, and the pools guys didn't care that what they just installed burned out a week later. We were SOL on that. All of these things began to add up and now we realize we were spending a lot on these guys. The most recent was the suggestion that we needed a new inner motor for a pump, that would cost nearly 2K to replace. We got a second and a third opinion, and ended up with a $400 dollar solution, and fired these guys on the spot. THEN GUESS WHAT HAPPENED? They auto charged us for yet another month. "Whoops, sorry!" No, this is just too incompetent at this point. Don't go with these guys.

We used this pool company last year to replace a pool filter for our above ground pool. We were…read morepleased with their service. I contacted them this year to open my pool. Since my mother has Alzheimer's, and things can be stressful here, I thought it would be a nice treat to have someone else open the pool. WHAT A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE! They came out and drained the pool, cleaned it, and refilled it. We were a little concerned because the owner kept telling his son to be very careful while scrubbing the liner, and to be careful when his son was dragging the ship vac over the floor of the liner. While they were filling the pool, we asked the owner to check the in-wall pool. Well, he completely removed the light, suggesting we get a new one. Ok, had them order a night light. He replaced the old light in the meantime. By the time the pool filled, we found that the pool was leaking from where the light was. We had to drain the pool below the light, so he could fabricate a cover plate. It took over a week for him to come back to do this. In the meantime, the pool was turning green again. He repaired the light opening, and we resumed filling the pool. Once it was full, the owner of the company started up the pump/filter and treated the pool with chemicals, and we assumed all was well. Two days later, we discovered the pool had lost quite a bit of water, to the point that it ran the filter dry and automatically shut off the pump. We contacted the owner and he came back out and, using food coloring, discovered there was a leak. He did admit fault, from careless cleaning of the pool, and agreed to replace the liner. So, we drained the pool again. As a sidebar, I should note, my husband decided to replace the pool decking since we were doing so much to the pool. He decided to run the boards to the edge of the pool (for aesthetics), and now had to pull up all the decking boards so that Tap Water could replace the liner. Weeks went by, and now many of the freshly cut deck boards had started to twist, as they remained removed. Finally, the new liner came in and reinstallation was about to begin. Five people came to do this, two of which were working, three standing around. After two days the liner was finally installed (I've had the liner replaced in the remote past, and it took two guys three hours start to finish). Still, the new light had not been placed, and we were told the water had to be higher, close to where the light fixture was. The day the light was to be replaced, we had an appointment time was scheduled for between 4:00-6:00 pm. My husband took off early to meet them. They arrived after 8:00 pm and worked until well after 10:00. My husband went out to check the light fixture after they had left, no plug on the cord to connect to power!! In the end, the pool is circulating, my husband has lost countless hours of work to meet them (we have a security gate, and the dogs have to be put up because they are afraid of dogs), they have never been on time for an appointment (usually 2 hours late), we have no caps on the railings (in fact are missing some and missing all the screws), the light is not working because it has no plug, many of our new lumber is warped and twisted due to delay in being able to lay the boards back down, 24 boards stained and damaged from the first time Tap Water put chemicals carelessly in to the pool, we've paid the water company to fill the pool two and a half times, and we received a bill in the amount of $672.00; 475.00 of it in labor. When I emailed the office manager (who is the owner's wife) to tell her I had had issue with the labor part of the bill, and informing her our water bill was over $700.00, and the messed decking boards, AND the missing plug on the light,, she texted me back "Please place the entire amount owed on your water bill.", I thanked her and asked her to send me an invoice marked paid in full. Her response? Your not paid in full you owe for a light that was pre-paid for your pool. What do you mean? I said that you can put the balance towards your water bill. Don't text nor call this company again. Me: ??? In sum: Knowledge/ professionalism - Poor. Communication Skills - Poor. Work ethic - Poor. Value - Poor. Respect of client time / personal property - Poor. And all I asked for was my pool to be opened. What a shit show!! Please see my other reviews... I never post bad reviews.
