Eddy was very friendly, provided expert advice, and installed the lock with utmost professionalism. We had agreed he'd show up at 9:00am, but just prior to that he called to say he was running about 18 minutes late which was a nice touch. He was there in 17 minutes and set to work. Eric went to the trouble of researching and swiftly finding the rare key fob from a distant state. It can be really difficult to make a key fob work correctly for sensor-filled cars.
