The adjuster was very elusive on the schedule of service, but John and Ryan made it a point to be honest and upfront with me so that I could plan accordingly. They also make your experience very positive. They go out of their way to make it easy to work with them regarding pick up, drop offs, etc. They will even offer to drive you to a nearby place while you wait for your car to be done. Their prices are beyond reasonable. It's rare that you come upon a business where the customer is first. Yet, Chris' is just that place. It took nearly 3 weeks before I had a meaningful conversation with a person. Within an hour of connecting Joby with the insurance company rep, I had an answer. The best answer. He has built relationships in the industry that are valued and they trust him. Joby provided a high level of communication and service. The car wasn't just fixed it was beautiful... I fell back in love with my 13 year old Acura TL. 2 weeks after taking delivery of my car I ran the (fixed) front bumper into a high curb. He took care of it again and wouldn't even take a tip.
