I researched reviews and pricing to have my windshield on my 2015 Nissan Xterra replaced. I communicated through Yelp. The people from Absolute Auto Glass were very pleasant and quick to respond. I Explained I was gathering quotes and information for my eventual windshield replacement. They replied with understanding and information on costs and availability if I wanted to have them do my windshield. I called them directly when I was ready, they were very accommodating and helpful. Ty, with Absolute Auto Glass replaced my windshield Xterra yesterday. He did an excellent job and is very friendly and professional. I asked about the windshield, and he gave me details which made me feel confident in the product's durability and construction. He very carefully removed the old (cracked) windshield, and sealant. He checked for rust and put a coating on any areas where there might be potential issues after the new windshield was installed. He inspected, prepped, and cleaned the whole frame before installing the new windshield. He installed a new rubber edge around the windshield, and very carefully checked for lumps and smoothness of the seal. Ty did an excellent job on installing my new windshield. This place is the best. We have had at least two windshields replaced by them ( on two separate vehicles). Their price is always the best I can find. Today I went there to have some chips repaired (under warranty). They took my car in right away; and did a quick, thorough job. Even cleaned the entire windshield for me. I had another chip repaired by an insurance repair person last week (not under warranty) and he didn't even clean the spot he was repairing. The only thing that sucked at this place was the Verizon service. They do have free WiFi though. I had a chip repaired and was in and out within 30 to 45 mins. Would have been a bit sooner but had to wait for a vendors truck to pull out away from the door. $30 is what it cost me. I did get a free cup of Kerig... coffee too. The chip they fixed is less noticeable than the one about a foot away that another company "fixed". read more

My passenger rear window on my car was broken into while I was at work, very upsetting to find. After having to deal with my high deductible Insurance company and trying to get me to go with Safelight auto glass. I was very frustrated. They were trying to give me a "deal" for $400 to fix it. After I said wow wait a min I need to shop around they said oh well we can't promise you this same deal again.. I hung up! After shopping around and getting prices that were more ideal for my damage, I came across Absolute Auto Glass on Yelp and was very excited about the reviews. I was worried a bit about how far away they were from where I lived but I had a good feeling about them and they gave a really good deal, so I booked my appointment and was so happy to finally get this taken care of. Well a little downer, when I got there for my appointment there seemed to be a miscommunication over the phone with my car. They had ordered the wrong part for my car. Ordered for a Versa Nissan not a Versa Note Nissan. I was upset but this could have easily been my fault for not being clear and maybe not even saying note. But they were quick to fix the problem and make me happy. They went ahead and vacuumed all the broken glass out of my car free of charge and said they will order the right window and come to where I am free of charge plus a $20 off of what they quoted me. They were nice and got the job done quickly and the same day that I called. My only complaint was that they broke my dashboard camera mount and claimed that it was already broken. It was not broken prior to me dropping off the car, they either turned it the wrong way when trying to remove, or they hit the mount when they were removing the window. The mount was cheap and I had a few laying around at my house (go pro mount) so I let it go but I didn't appreciate the way they handled that. So I reduced 1 star. read more
