Our experience started out well with a call. Karen answered and we informed her that we were on our way to look at the vehicle we saw on their website. When we arrived, she was outside checking the vehicle. We immediately looked at the vehicle. She went to find the keys, but was unable to find them. She let the manager, Andy, know we were interested, but the keys were nowhere to be found. We sat in Karen's office and began the process to purchase the vehicle. She was great with our three year old and we had a pleasant conversation. She then directed us to finance.  Ji, the finanacer, was terrible. He was rude and condescending. He spoke to us as if we were not as important as the next customer. He failed to asked us about GAP insurance. I had to ask him to include it on our vehicle. Ji inquired about selling us a protection plan. I told him I was going to send the information to my dad about the protection plan because he used to sell cars. He told me he (my dad) needed to hurry up and respond because there was a mother and son waiting and they were closing soon. I told him if that is the case we can go somewhere else. He was very rude. Andy, the manager, told us to come back this week to get a second key fob(only 1 was available), headrest for the third row seats (one headrest was missing), and the rims for the tires to be refurbished. Andy is sending someone to fix our rims and get the second key fob. As we were about to leave, Karen informed Andy that I needed another vehicle to drive since I did not have mine. They ended up finding the keys for our vehicle. Karen filled up the tank for our troubles with the financer and she thanked us for working with her. When we returned yesterday, she gave me my sunglasses that were left in the old vehicle and thanked us again for working with her. Overall, the experience with Karen was great. If it had not been for the financer, I would have given 5 stars. Karen definitely deserves 5 stars for her professionalism. She was patient and provided excellent customer service. We will give you an update once we get our new key fob, headrest and our rims refurbished. read more

Absolute chevy has poor customer service. We bought a truck from this place last year. Had to call back to get paperwork sent to state dmv to get the registration straight. Now a year later our registration is on hold by the state because they failed to send the paperwork. We called the sales manager 2 days ago. He said paperwork would be ready. Called yesterday to confirm left 4 messages and no one responded. Went there today and told my elderly mother who owns the vehicle she had to wait 2 hrs for the sales manager andy to show up at 11am to get the paperwork. read more

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!! If I could give them zero stars I would. I called Saturday evening to inquire about a car on the lot that I wanted to look at a car. Andy came in on his off day and I drove 3 hours to come to the dealership. During the negotiation process, my husband wasn't pleased about the cost of the car and we decided to leave. Andy became irate and upset and followed us out the dealership yelling and saying "you wasted my time and you're going to walk over $500?" At that point we were through. It doesn't matter how upset you get over a deal falling through you should NEVER yell at a customer especially being in a manager position. Not only was he disrespectful to me, but also my husband and young children who had to witness the whole situation. We couldn't get out of the parking lot fast enough!!!! He called my husband "a piece of shit". He wasted our time, gas and I do not appreciate the yelling in front of our children as well as the follow up irate text messages!!! JOHNNY IS A SWINDER that will steal the car right from under his coworkers. Jackie is personable. However GREG, kind & respectful, a real gentleman. If you go here buy your car from GREG. Saw the vehicle, called to express I am on the way (1hr drive) and was told by Jackie the vehicle would be ready. By the time I got there 2 EMPLOYEEs were getting into the car (WITH NO CUSTOMER) THEY TOOK the vehicle out for a drive. When Jackie goes to get the keys for our test drive she tells us the car has been sold. BUT THERE IT IS, STILL LISTED FOR SALE the next day. I have to say this dealership by far is the worst I have ever been too. I have purchased 23 vehicles prior from dealerships, this would have been my 24th. I had started working a deal with Jerry the night before. That morning I received a message from Johnny and told him I would like to start working numbers and had already submitted the needed paperwork to do so. I said I was ready to purchase. Having lived about an hour and a half away I was told that would be no problem. As the day went on I had heard little to no communication from the dealership. When I woke up from my night shift I decided to follow up with still no updates. I decided to take a ride up to the dealership where prior to arrival I was told by Johnny that we were close and should have numbers any minute. When I arrived at the dealer I found the vehicle I was looking at pulled around front and when I walked in discovered another couple which I was told was interested in the vehicle and it was no longer available. I asked how this was possible considering I had already submitted everything and had been waiting all day to hear back after I was told the vehicle was available. I was never told this prior to driving up and only discovered this after a 90min drive to the dealership. They then stated, "Well nothing is final till the paperwork is done. At this point they moved the couple to an office and began bidding us against each other. Going between the both of us trying to offer payments and deals well above what we had discussed prior. After attempting running numbers a few different ways and giving me a interest rate 3 percent higher than what I purchased another 2 vehicles at less than 6months prior and only submitting to one bank they began telling me they needed money down to get a deal done. I asked what I need to put down to which Julian told me 20%. I continued to watch as we ran numbers as he went between me and the other couple. I refused to put nearly 20% down on a vehicle when my credit remained the same as prior deals, and I have never on another vehicle put down any money. When I mentioned I would not be putting cash down without even asking if I would take the vehicle at the current payment, he immediately walked to the other couple and had the salesman come tell me because I refused the vehicle was now sold. I have never been to a dealer with more rude people, less inviting and purely out for the bottom dollar and not for their customers to become repeat customers. I have never had a deal fall through when it was already being worked. I was also told I should have put a deposit on the car which I was never told prior. Then I said if I put the money down the vehicle wouldn't have been sold to which I was told that wasn't the case and they were in the showroom and I wasn't and had they sold the car prior to my arrival I would have lost my deposit. Again this is the shadiest, nastiest bunch of people I have ever dealt with, the atmosphere is pure sleezy in this dealership along with their business practices. If you know what is good for you then please go somewhere else and give someone else your hard earned money, this dealership and group of people surely don't deserve it. Not only did these guys see us coming, they took us for literal fools. Our bad! Customer service was great but typical car "stealership". This review won't matter I'm sure, but nevertheless I'm leaving one. Pre approved with funding, we went in with a price in mind knowing we were overpaying by at least $3500-4k ...we were in a fix and NEEDED a vehicle after searching for 3 months, we found this one online and decided on a Friday afternoon to go check it out. After negotiating and agreeing on a price we proceeded with our pre approved lender and because it was not only late on a Friday , Monday was a Holiday and they couldn't close the deal until Tuesday. Again, typical dealership... the salesman said "I have 2 appointments tomorrow, for interested buyers on this vehicle" sigh... I know better, but I digress... next line... well we can't hold this vehicle without a NON-REFUNDABLE $1000 deposit...but if you'll let us help you we can get you financed and you can leave today with the vehicle. Fair enough... what a joke, we were told specifically they would not hit my husbands credit but at 2 of their lenders and even more specifically we were told they would not hit it at a certain lender and we requested that they didn't as well. Guess what we got just yesterday, a letter from that lender offering us alternative terms.. really? We were given an extremely good interest rate with our pre approved credit union, and then quoted from this dealership an interest rate that was higher but told us just refinance with your lender. Let me add this was a used vehicle and NOT a Chevrolet and 101k miles extremely clean and well taken care of. We never buy new ‍ with that said, we were assured the vehicle had been looked over by their mechanics and everything was in working order... our salesman told us that their vehicles were covered for 30 days and they didn't want a bad car attached to their name, they wouldn't let us drive a car off the lot that had known problems. Ok fair enough, once we go to sign paper not only is our interest NOT what we were told it's LITERALLY double of that from our pre approved lender! And warranty or guarantee? Yeah that only applied to vehicles under 100k miles. But... our salesman assured us we would be looked after if there were any issue. Ok, so we go against our better judgment given no option to have the vehicle looked over or much of anything. As of today Feb 1, 2023 we do not even have the financing paperwork or even an account number with GM financial, we haven't even made a payment. We have owned the car for 2 weeks and 5 days. We had to drive to Orlando Florida Jan 22, 2023 to move our son back to NC... we arrived back to NC on Jan 25th having owned the vehicle 11 days at this point!!!!!!!! And the service engine soon light comes on. I panic immediately and then go through solutions praying for the best. Not the gas cap and for the most part the vehicle seemed to be ok a little hesitancy when taking off. I think maybe it's the O2 sensors so we take it to our mechanic and the news the CATALYTIC CONVERTER!!! $1800 plus labor You have got to be kidding me! So, I call the dealership and tell them what happened and hoping they would at least offer some help and I forgot to mention the drivers side electric window motor is going to have to be replaced as well. I didn't even mention that... I know what an as is vehicle is, I get that but in short we were given empty promises, lie after lie and they made much more than they deserved. I get they have to make money I don't fault a dealership for that, but straight up lying and taking advantage of people I have zero tolerance for. So, lesson well learned! I'm a firm believer that we did everything right and we were the ones taken for goobers but I know in the end we will come out winners. I can only pray that the next unsuspecting customer can have a better experience. I will NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. This was an expensive mistake and the funny part is they requested that we wait for 3 months to refinance so that GM doesn't "take it from them"!!!! YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME! This place has great reviews so as I stated earlier, this review prob won't even matter. This has been a terrible, stressful experience for us and I hate that people have no conscience but it is what it is. Just do your homework before you step inside and make sure you stand your ground. In the market for a Chevy Cruze for a few months now. I have worked with several local dealerships. I drove 90 minutes to J&M when the dealer ACROSS from my house had basically the same car! But J&M was very responsive -without being pushy, extremely nice and friendly, and got me the deal I wanted on a car I absiolutely love! They worked with me in my preferred mode of communication and they did it quickly. I can't be on the phone with a person during work hours so I needed email or text and they readily answered that request. I can't say enough great things about Winston, Doug, and the ENTIRE team! if you want to have a vehicle left do not take in for repairs to service dept.took wifes car in to be serviced then get a call saying water pump was bad and was going to be $600 car had never over heated got it back and all it was was a $10 part plastic housing from coolant tank had minor crack in it water pump not bad verified with other dealers then had truck in for warranty work to change antenna and incompinant tech instead of taking out windshield and taking down headliner to replace he just bent it back and warped it had to get new one then when had to get new on replaced called and said had a cracked windshield and it was dead center of forward facing camera if that crack would have been there it would have set off warning lights in dash verified this from two other dealers so went to pick up vehicle then found large dent in door that was not there before and have proof on their own letterhead there was no damage to vehicle when dropped off that includes windshield and door tried to call owner and he hung up on me did not want to discuss it not much of owner lacking in customer service skills need to change their motto they do not do business the right way should have listened to other friends not to take anything there its not over read more
