Horrible experience. Came to test drive two cars for my wife so she wouldn't get got!! So I stopped by to test drive 30 min before they close on Monday. They said its to late to test drive to come back. I come back Saturday (driving an hour) I've done spoke to Misty on the phone twice about test driving and then when I get here to test drive whoever the older woman above her said not to let me Without running my wife's credit. Like why would I give this lady my wife's social without her there? Basically to get you stuck. I pulled out $4,000 out of my car to show them I'm serious and they still wouldn't let me test drive the Car my sweet wife wanted. Basically the motor was messed up which I did assume about one of the cars she wanted due to the slight tint of milky oil at the bottom of the stick. I had a terrible experience with Wendell Auto Brokers. On the drive home after purchasing my car (literally an hour after buying), the check engine light came on. I brought the car to my mechanic, who stated all four catalytic converters needed replacing--$3,400 in repairs. A second mechanic said the light had likely been cleared before the sale. I also noticed a brand-new gas cap, suggesting the dealership tried to mask the two CEL codes. When I returned to voice my concerns, Joy dismissed me with "you bought the car as is" and "there's nothing we can do", before ordering me to leave. The lack of honesty and accountability was astounding. Buyer beware--this dealership cannot be trusted. read more

The employee Joy is highly rude I called regarding my car that I got 3 months ago the check engine light and auto transmission light came on. The car is currently jerking and dragging to drive but I still have a 10,000 debt to pay on it... Joy was highly rude and dismissive about the situation trying to talk over me while I was explaining what she was saying the mechanic had already told me I said I haven't even had this car four months she said well nobody can tell how long a car will last when you purchase a "used" car and I put that in quotation due to the sarcasm she used saying the word used . While I'm speaking telling her I had already spoke to a mechanic and knew the steps of getting my car fixed she then proceeded to hang up in my face ! And I knew she hung up because she was trying to talk over me and when I called back it seemed as if the employees were avoiding putting her back on the phone Just absolutely rude it's giving gotten scammed it's easy to get a car here for a reason look else where !! read more

I bought a beautiful Avalanche from here and was told it had not been in an accident, according to the Carfax, but after it breaking down on me after only having it for 2 mos, two different mechanics assured me otherwise. The warranty doesn't cover the problem so I'm down. I have no transportation, but yet I'm steady making payments and paying for the truck to be repaired. After being told there was nothing they could do for me, I'm sorry, but there's a bad taste in my mouth for WAB. I'm completely out of resources- no car, no rental, no 'let's make it right', no money after having the truck only two months. Truck also needs a motor mount and currently getting a new computer. I recently bought a 2008 Chevrolet Corvette from Wendell Auto Brokers. They were not very responsive and the transaction was not very smooth but I was willing to write that off as it being a used car dealership and purchasing from out of state. However, about a month after I finally got the car, it started making noises and the check engine light came on. I took it to the shop and it requires over $6000 worth of repairs including a new rack and pinion, new sway bar, new fuse box for headlights that didn't work, new latch for door that doesn't always open, new regulator for window that doesn't roll up all the way and new fuel tank vent valve. To add insult to injury, more than one of the replacement parts is no longer manufactured and cannot be located for the repairs. Very shady, dishonest transaction. read more

Over priced cars, unwilling to negotiate. Drove an hour for nothing. This particular car had sat on their lot over 400 days and the mileage was still high for the national average, so I thought that would be enough to get the price down. I even found that one of the side view powered mirrors wouldn't operate in one direction. But to no avail were they willing to come down on price. My son and I bought a vehicle from Wendell Auto Brokers and in a month, we had to put it in the shop because they did not tell him that it was time to change the timing belt. They knew that he was only 19 years old and was trying to establish some credit and he loved the car.
