Great experience so far. Aaron was quick to respond to a request for a quote via yelp. He was prompt in scheduling an on-site visit and had to reschedule due to another job, but was flexible about coming over on a Saturday. Chad, who came over for the estimate was super nice- patient in explaining options and assessing what our detached old garage could handle. Its a bit of a fixer upper so not as straightforward. The floor is not quite level and we wanted a new door which would be easier to close. We were able to get a good door at a competitive price. We are scheduled to install in about 2 weeks from ordering- the entire process was straightforward and stress free. Aaron is really responsive and very polite. We had Tyler come over for the actual install- he arrived on time and slowly worked through all the challenges , leaving the space tidy. Excellent, hands off experience. Tyler showed us how the emergency release feature of our new door works, explained some basic maintenance and we were all set. They also honored the yelp discount. Would definitely recommend them for new garage door installs, including removal and disposal of the old door. Will attach pictures of the door and model number to help others make a decision. So I decided to call the Absolute Garage based on their review. but I am pretty disappointed with their service. As I think they are bait and switch. Before the guy started the installation of the garage door opener, he told me that the garage door opener I purchased from Costco wasn't that good, it might break very soon so he recommended me some garage door opener that they had for $650 that was included labor and materials if I pay him cash so I assume that was how much I was gonna pay. but after he installed the garage door opener he asked me for 650+ tax so I was like why do I have to pay tax as You asked $650 cash and he said it's because they still got to pay the government, I didn't want to argue with him plus the opener was finished installation, what could I do at that time, so I just paid him whatever the amount he asked for. but I think this is bait and switch so be careful if you offer them cash and ask for discount make sure you ask them how much is total by the end before you have them do their services. read more

Talk about hitting the ball out of the ballpark! These guys do a great job from the initial phone call to the last steps of installation and education on the new door system. My 1993 motherboard was toast, and Chad replaced it with no worry. He also did an overall preventative maintenance tune-up, and installed a new spring.
