Had to get my own parts cause they couldn't find a turbo. Than told me one labor rate than was $40 more per hour cause I brought my own parts in. 3 different people calling recommending I change things. That didn't need changed or communicate between each other. Finally fixed. Charged for 8 hours to change a simple turbo. 5 hours to clean the air to air. All this on a Friday at 8pm. Than the truck won't build air pressure and drive out. Needless to say they wouldn't do anymore work till Monday. By Monday I explained to them that the truck will sit inside there shop for another week if they didn't apply air to the system so it could be removed from there shop to be Taken to another shop. Instead of locking up, they told me they would wait. Nobody does that anymore.When I arrived, DJ and Keegan moved mountains to help me. Initially, they were completely booked out for a week. I was beside myself with stress because I absolutely had to be back at my new job Monday morning. DJ and Keegan were incredibly kind, empathetic, and understanding. They managed to squeeze me into the schedule for first thing Monday morning.I arrived Monday at opening and waited. We were all at the mercy of the parts delivery team, which didn't drop off the components until mid-day. The absolute second those parts arrived, Foreman Brandon and his mechanic Chris raced to work, thrashing to fix my trailer as fast as humanly possible. Senior Foreman "Eagle-eye" Johnny masterfully coordinated every single step of the workflow, flawlessly running the shop and managing multiple other clients at the same time. The entire team rallied together, going completely out of their way to get me back on the road. The trailer was in the process of being detailed. It was clean on the outside, but in bad shape on the inside. There was water damage in the bathroom. Fresh caulking everywhere. So we looked at another trailer that the salesman claimed they took in on a trade. There were dealership plates on the trailer and they were not theirs. Then the price was not realistic for the year. No matter what shape it was in. Salesman was a bit smug when he was caught in a lie. I took my cash and left. I've had my fill of wholesale lots.

Billie answered (I confirmed that I was speaking to Billie) but claimed that I had not communicated with him and that it must have been his son. I asked for his son's phone number but he refused. He told me that he would pass my phone number to his son and that he would call right away. I waited and the call never came so I sent a message informing him/them that I was no longer interested in selling to him/them. Definitely not someone I'd recommend doing business with.

Last spring/2025 we bought off the shelf a stock "cam only" replacement from the Portland store. It was supposed to pair up with our old monitor no prob, :( the counter fella was unaware the wireless-frequencies, cam-monitor, had changed from 2019-2025. Bryan at the Milton location got us into a new superior back up cam system. Matt in their service sector took the time to walk over and give us some helpful tips for install. May not seem worthy of a review but,, after this many years/experiences with Airstream,,, I'm gonna tell you that it's the little things that matter most sometimes. We had a lot of probs in past with long waits on service/repairs when the dealership was under a different ownership at the Auburn location. Because of that I had to learn to fix things myself,, which is usually about a 50/50 lol. Especially electrical. Customer service like that/ boosted confidence for future repairs or upgrades at the Milton location. PS Pic quality/features Brand-motion Cam system are "awesome".
