Had a turbo go bad, had the truck towed in and then had to have the trailer towed, which they used another customers truck than charged me for that. Wouldn't listen to anything I explained to them. Had to get my own parts cause they couldn't find a turbo. Than told me one labor rate than was $40 more per hour cause I brought my own parts in. 3 different people calling recommending I change things. That didn't need changed or communicate between each other. Finally fixed. Charged for 8 hours to change a simple turbo. 5 hours to clean the air to air. All this on a Friday at 8pm. Than the truck won't build air pressure and drive out. Needless to say they wouldn't do anymore work till Monday. By Monday I explained to them that the truck will sit inside there shop for another week if they didn't apply air to the system so it could be removed from there shop to be Taken to another shop. Suddenly they figured out how to apply air to the system
