Jen Kirk the instructor used to work at my gym and is a top notch fitness instructor so I was honestly sold the moment I saw her. The class was helpful and challenged me, a person at the gym a minimum of 4 times a week. I joined taking advantage of the first month special and I'm loving it. The class schedule is online and you register weekly etc. No rushing hoping to get a spot. Packages are flexible and the facility is clean, great location too. I love how all the classes are slightly different. Give this place a try!

Fine...sucks but I paid for the month. They gave me no class credits even though I paid for the month. Whatever... I let it go. Now September comes and they charge me AGAIN!!! Because I canceled on the 3rd and my membership renewed on the 2nd. I can't even imagine treating people this way. We had planned on going back at some point but if that's the way they treat their customers we will not be returning and we will also be warning others in the community about the way they treat people. If the owner decides to do the right thing and refund my money, I will remove this review. If she chooses not to refund my money I will continue to post about this experience and will also escalate it to their corporate office. What a horrible way to treat people. An BTW... $100=mo for 4 classes is not worth it when I can join tbe gym nearby for less than half that price and take unlimited classes

I have a lot of joint issues-lower back, neck, hip, & both elbows. A doctor friend of mine referred me here several years ago, but I kept putting it off. When my hip pain became almost constant & the Chiropractor wasn't helping, I decided to try it. I started with 3 private lessons on the equipment & was amazed that Kelly Letalien, the owner & a nurse, knew my hip pain was due to tight muscles, and how to fix it. It helped quickly. She is also great at making sure you do the exercises correctly so you don't injure yourself. I take a mix of mat & equipment classes from multiple instructors and love them all. My strength, flexibility & posture have improved greatly!

All to which, just adds to the positive vibe I got prior to the one isolated experience. I got a call from one of the owners and she respectfully listened to me after letting me know that she takes the reviews very serious and is concerned about my safety and the safety of her patrons. The owner Kathy Hopper is the ultimate professional. Kathy makes it a point to remember everyone's name and if applicable physical limitations and injuries. All of the instructors are welcoming and friendly. Lagree can be tough but it's so rewarding. It's a full body workout and very efficient. You get an excellent mix or resistance training and cardio. The instructors are happy to offer substitutions for exercises, and give excellent cues. I highly recommend Sculpted Body. When you come in you are checked in quickly and you can pick any Reformer you'd like. My class was taught by Kevin Cardone who is an excellent instructor. He walked around the room and made proper adjustments as needed. He was a very attentive instructor and was always very clear about the different things you needed to do for each exercise. I appreciated that, as many studios just leave you to figure things out yourself. The workout was excellent and at the same time low impact, which is great! I definitely felt the workout the day of and day after. I believe there is an option to try out classes without committing to a monthly plan and that's what I'd suggest everyone do. While the intro class gives you an idea of what Pilates reformer is, I don't think I could really appreciate the awesomeness of the class until I participated in a full class.
