Jackie explained at the beginning how the hot yoga works and that helped my anxiety about how it would go. Worked to the best of my ability and sweated my ass off but in a good way . The cold towels distributed at the end of class was {chef's kiss}. Will definitely return to this studio. It is very beautiful and clean and aesthetically what you would expect; nice boutique in the lobby.

As someone who attempts a daily practice and travels a lot Ember is truly a hidden gem. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed into a beautiful, grounded community. The space is clean, calm, and thoughtfully maintained, with excellent heat that supports a strong and focused practice. The teachers are exceptionally knowledgeable and clearly well-versed in the 26&2 sequence, offering clarity, confidence, and care throughout class. I'm so grateful I found Ember online and even more grateful for the experience I had there. If you're looking for a studio that honors the practice, the body, and community, Ember Hot Yoga is something special.

I tried the unlimited class pass for two weeks. I ended up only going twice, as some of the classes…read moreI wanted to go to were canceled. Overall, I would say it was a average experience! I actually really enjoyed the yoga for healthy back! The other yoga that I tried was just OK (I think it was the complete yoga class). Some of the things that I wish were a little bit different was the parking/location. It is in a very busy plaza so it can sometimes just feel really crowded and hectic. Also, the smell of the studio does not seem super fresh! The studio is upstairs, so it's not super convenient although it isn't difficult to find if you go up the elevator or stairs. It is a small studio with a couple of yoga rooms. One of the classes I went to wasn't very full, but the other one was. The teachers are very nice and accommodating, and made sure that there was space for everyone! I thought the yoga classes were decent enough, but I wouldn't say I learned anything new. I won't be purchasing a permanent class pass, but I also don't think there is anything particularly wrong with the studio. I think it's all about just finding the best fit of what resonates with the individual yogi.

Has been super healing for me as I get back into yoga after a few years off. My only complaint would be that there are not enough weekend classes so the few that do exist are always packed - make sure to get there early for a good spot! Parking in Smyrna Village can be hard to come by, so you may have to park a bit further away so make sure to allow time to walk to the studio, up the stairs or take the elevator to the 2nd floor and be in class by the exact start time - if you are more than 5 min late, they will not let you in!
