I use him to fix a leak is pass week, and I had someone else re-patch the drywall once he was done. Then within a day it was leaking again. We called him, he said he was a new area. Just another way to get more money. I'm not very happy, and after talking to my property manager, she told she not using him anymore. He's overpriced her other referral client, and not honest. If you use him, you have to be careful, he sounds like a Christian, saying God bless you. But, is not all 100% true. Very sad! I wouldn't be using him again on any of my properties, because he's not trustworthy.

After Jason made numerous mistakes, consulting with Joe, a dozen trips for parts, and after borrowing my tools (air compressor) he managed to get the Gas Company to pass 3 days later after 2 separate attempts failed. He now will not take my call or respond with the license info needed for the insurance claim. Jason is not qualified to do jobs over $500 in my opinion, not even handy man status, maybe he should stick to toilet installs.
