I'm a disabled veteran and suffer…read morethrough pretty severe pain 24/7, so I was specifically looking for a hot tub to help with my pain. I considered going to a few shops in town but stopped in here and met Jimmy, their salesperson, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and I knew immediately I didn't need to go anywhere else. Jimmy wasn't concerned with selling me the most expensive model; he wanted me to find the model that was right for my needs. Jimmy even came out to my house on his day off and helped me figure out where to put the tub, so I could get the electrical work done to have the tub installed by Christmas, which I am extremely grateful for. If you're looking for a hot tub, which is a pretty big investment for most of us, and you want some peace of mind to go along with your purchase, go see Jimmy at Sweetwater. I can't recommend Sweetwater and Jimmy enough.

My sales guy knew his business. I felt like he was working for me, and trying to recommend the best tub based on my needs. He did not push the top of the line, but showed me three models that fit every detail I asked for. I'm in my tub all the time as I work out a lot, and it is a huge help. I recommend Sweetwater to anyone who needs a quality product and wants a no hassle, enjoyable experience.

Homeowners, be aware before choosing this pool company. Our…read morepool took nearly a year to complete, and unfortunately, our experience has been disappointing from the beginning. Despite advertising a lifetime warranty, the company has not stood behind its work or honored its commitments. Since day one, we've experienced numerous issues, including: Ongoing equipment problems. Travertine decking that was never properly sealed. Missing rebar in portions of the decking, which has now resulted in cracking. An outdoor kitchen that was left unfinished, forcing us to hire and pay outside contractors to complete the work. A spa that is currently leaking. Spa jets that have never functioned properly and cause water to overflow instead of operating as designed. When we requested documentation for our records, such as the materials, colors, and products that were installed, the company never responded. Our pool was a significant investment, yet we repeatedly had to push back when lower-quality materials were being proposed. After researching the products ourselves, we insisted on higher-quality options instead of the cheaper slide, flooring, and other materials they initially wanted to install. There are many more issues than I can list in one review. My advice to anyone considering this company is to do your research, get every promise in writing, keep detailed records, and don't rely solely on verbal assurances. A pool is a major investment, and you deserve quality workmanship and a company that stands behind its product long after the final payment is made. For this and other reasons we were not asked to complete a review. So I took it upon myself to post this information.

They transformed our backyard into a daily family entertainment.. the owner designed our unique layout and made sure to fulfill every request we thought of. They were on a mission to make our dream pool a reality. They weren't just about meeting expectations; they surpassed them with flying colors, mentioning of colors the light shows that are programmed with our pool is really amazing as well! Even after the project was done, their commitment to our satisfaction didn't waver. They followed up on the pool, came out and checked the levels, made sure we knew what we were doing. The relationship built between our family and the owner "Carl" is now a lifetime friendship. We're not just happy with our pool; we love it! , and that's all thanks to them. We do plan to use infinity pools in the future for our next build out (patio and bbq/bar area).

The franchise owner did not what to accept responsibility for their horrible service. The service personnel in collaboration with the franchise owner lack integrety and neither is customer service driven, skimping on chemicals and providing many excuses for their lack of service. Very disappointed customer, so much so we fired this company and went with what is currently a service provider that cleaned up the mess left by Pinch A Penny and now has our pool sparking clean! We DO NOT recommend Pinch A Penny pool service, buyer beware.

Shout out to Marshall has been taking care of us for quite some time and is extremely knowledgeable and even compelled us to refer Pinch a Penny to neighbors! The last two weeks have been not good, as other technicians have been servicing the pool. In the few incidents in the past we've had pool service tech's who up - do literally nothing and leave. They look around. That's about it. (Anthony to be specific) Last week the pool service manager came with a trainee. The manager is new - 2 months or so into his job. I asked him to vacuum the pool as that is part of our service plan. He did not clean the pool properly or vacuum the pool after I requested. My husband called Phillip (the owner) to let him know, Phillip said he'd take care of the issue. This week, Wednesday is our day of service normally. My husband gets our record of service email from Pinch a Penny about 2pm. Our gate had not been opened, no one had been at our property, much less to our pool area. I walked out just to ensure no service was completed - baskets still full of debris, no chemicals balanced...The technician used someone else's pool as the photo in our record of service. We called twice and left two messages for the owner to call us back. We are awaiting a communication back to resolve this issue. We understand it's a holiday week, that doesn't stop the transactions for my payment coming out of my bank Monday, 7/3. Update: 7/6 - Valerie the owner called first thing this morning and committed to making this situation right. Pool tech Zay was out this afternoon and spent nearly an hour vacuuming, balancing chemicals and doing everything that wasn't done previously. He left the pool sparkling, clean and balanced. I will say, consistently, when there is an issue (this has happened only a handful of times at most) - the ownership is timely, very involved, makes things right, good and fair. I'm happy with the outcome and will continue to use them and recommend to friends and neighbors. Thank you!
