These guys are TOP NOTCH! We have had a ton of companies come out to our house to help us try to…read morefind mysterious leaks and deal with the chaos of our system. Not one company managed to get all the zones working and functioning for us and the first 3 couldn't even locate the leak. Many came out and just tore up our yard digging for lines. When Moore Irrigation sent out Bairon, this guy knew what he was doing. He quickly located wiring issues and helped us identified bad valves. When he left the first time there was only one zone we couldn't find anywhere. After a couple hours here already working on other issues, we told him to just give up and we would see if we could locate it one day. Then we decided to have other work done in the yard and it just so happened all the wires running to the control panel were exposed from this work. We decided to start tracing out the wire for the missing zone. We had it narrowed down where it might be, but we didn't want to tear the yard up after we'd just put new sod down in a section. We reached out to Moore Irrigation again on Friday hoping someone could come out immediately before the pavers went down, and these people came through for us 100%! That missing zone still hasn't been found because it's under new sod we didn't want torn up, but Bairon found a GENIUS work around and connected those other sprinklers to an existing zone we knew was working. We didn't have to tear up new sod, and we got our sprinklers all working! Moore Irrigation shows up when they say they will, they don't leave a mess when they are done, and they charge a more than fair price for the incredible work they do. Hopefully, your system isn't as much of a disaster as ours was, but you can trust these guys can handle it if it is! We cannot thank them enough for squeezing us into their schedule and keeping our other project on time by remedying this problem for us on short notice. When I called, they were booked out 10 days, so I scheduled for the earliest appointment. Without having to ask, they called me a few days later saying that they had finished another job early and could come by if that was convenient. They do a thorough job at a competitive price. Splash! These guys were awesome! I noticed my pool's water…read moredropping daily. Where was all this water going? I thought it was way too much, even for San Antonio's heat. I called Mitchell and Patrick at Pool Side Leak Detection. They came out within a week with a big trailer full of equipment to see what was going on with my pool. I hung out with the crew as they went from jet to jet, drain to drain, and carefully and diligently checked out every pipe, and every light to get to the bottom of the problem. I was super impressed when they brought out an underwater microphone to listen for drips. As they worked, they explained good pool practices, maintenance tips, they told me what they were doing, their line of reasoning for what they're doing. They answered all my crazy pool questions with a smile. I really appreciated the tutorials and info on the pool. In all, they had to break out the scuba equipment to find the leak- it was in the underwater light! They got in there with some 'bubblegum' and fixed it right up so it's watertight. It was a great value to have them out and saved me lots of money with otherwise having to search for the leak, which I'd have never found. They were upfront about expectations, pricing, and how they work. I am new to pools, so I really appreciated the crash course in pool mechanics and maintenance.
